Not sure if you made a typo somewhere, but the car's PP (524)and HP(421) is quite different on my system and I can't get it on track - says " Tuning Prohibited"

Tried every trick I know, but I can't de-tune a freshly purchased car

Please, any advice out there. I need some lap times to finalize the combos

I bought the car, change oil and didn't have those problems?

You did NOT drive like a novice.
Your top gear was like a speed brake, all other gears your car was pulling but when you hit that top gear on the straight it just bogged and it is evident in the sound and the fact that you would get passed right there only to pass them back in the next two turns if not the first turn and you would also get stuck behind a slow car with another on your side aka a (pick) with no way passed and I saw one car you were stuck behind try to move right and he did but also hit his brake, I've done that and now know why I get yelled at for it!

fix that top gear and you won't have to retake the same cars over and over.

Thanks @thorracing. Yea, 5th gear sucked. Since I was the first out, I reported that 5th was terrible and everyone else tried 5th a couple times, but then just held 4th gear around 6000 RPM and it kept pulling. On Sunday, we all just stayed in 4th and it was much better. The racing was crazy and I didn't adapt well. I wish I could go back and do it again, knowing how I would have preferred to react, but the only thing I can do is to do better in the future.

And we do plan on changing the gearing so 5th is usable.

End of the season was 10 days ago and time for archiving the May 2017 Season. Here is the current status of missing data

Division 1:

I'm away most of the weekend so I won't have time to do it, except a short time tonight.

Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. - May 7, 2017 (All the data except for R3R1. I didn't save the replay and I wasn't going to quit GT6 and go through the rigmarole of uploading the one missing replay. @turnupdaheat , @src_ej6 and @msgt-sd raced that night. If one of you can go in and enter the one race's data it would be nice. Whether it is in or not, I'll archive the data on Sunday morning before I undertake my road trip back home.

- May 21, 2017 - (I had the replays and entered all the data)

@MajorBlixem - Can you please prepare the score sheets on Sunday? I might not make it back in time for the start of the races. If not, lets go to the BOD thread.

Some of you may be wondering whats up with Paddy and without going into detail unfortunately I have been experiencing a lot of turmoil in my life these last couple of months or so with no let up in sight for the near future it seems.
Therefore I cannot guarantee from week to week at this point if I will have banners for you all.
It may be best if anyone is willing to that someone else take over making the banners. I would not be offended if that were the case. Otherwise I will continue to do the best I can from week to week.
Someday I hope to return to racing with you all again. It's been far too long and I miss the comradery of Thursday and Sunday nights.

Is anyone able to give Paddy a hand with the banners while he's navigating through some debris on the track of life? He's obviously helping us out as best he can given his situation, but I'd feel more comfortable if he could just focus on trying to deal with whatever is causing turmoil in his life right now. Please note that you don't have to have the same graphic design skills that he does. You get to claim the same amount of $hells for each banner posted regardless.

I will give it a shot. I didn't have any replays to get good photos from, but here is what I was able to do . Most of the information is in all of them, it will take time to figure out some things (and relearn the graphics program).

Important Notice for tonight

With going down to 2 divisions the rooms are expected to be packed tonight. Remember the following. If rooms fill, drivers must post in the main thread that they can't get in before the all clear is given at five minutes to race time. If you haven't posted, you are out of luck. D2 drivers can move up to D1 for the night if their room is full. D1 drivers can't move to D2. The drivers list is in order of priority for all drivers e.g. drivers lower on the list could be asked to make room for another driver higher on the list.

Please come early tonight so we have time to sort rooms out if necessary.

Since I am "Low Man in D-2"
- I will wait until 20 min after 9 to attempt joining the D-2 Room.

Would rather wait, than be asked to leave. Only fair that Full-time and any others that raced last season should be given Priority.

Being gone 8 weeks has its consequences - and rightly so.

Hope both rooms are packed!!
