Close enough approximation I'd sayHere I was all these years calling it Sunday Night American Interactive League.
Anyone up for some Monday Night Miata's this evening? Be good to get them back out on the track a couple more times before everyone retires their ps3's.
Look up reviews of TVs with a GOOD "gaming mode" with low input delay, or which ones naturally have low input delay. Some TVs are just not suited to gaming because of how slow they are at showing you what just happened. Turn the wheel and it shows the wheel turn .3 seconds later? Probably not going to be usable for competitive GT.Would anyone like to offer some HDTV buying advice? I'm going to get an upgrade soon and I want to properly check things out. I've had the same Vizio 32" for almost 10 years now (wow didn't even realize!) and it's just not cutting it anymore. It's 720p and with the quality of games currently coming out on the PS4 I can't not use it to it's full potential.
Ultimately I would like to get 4K so it's ready for an eventual upgrade to PS4 Pro but to be honest that's not a requirement. I'm more about budget. Everyone I know has Vizio because they're cheap and don't break. But I don't know about any other brands and I may be keeping myself from an equally good deal. What I'm looking for is 4K at 46-48" and hopefully under $500. If 4K is too expensive 1080p at 48" can be done for $400 on the Vizio website. Is there better out there or should I stick to my gut?
I might be up for this. What time are you thinking?
I was thinking 9PM est.
Um... *cough* *cough* I beg to differ...
Umm... In related news, I've decided to change the name of our league.. It's pretty clear that not all of us are "intermediate-level" racers (see above post) so I'm changing the "I" in S.N.A.I.L. to mean "interactive" instead of "intermediate". The fact of the matter is, we were never all intermediate-level racers to begin with. We got CYBORG NINJA'D from the start..
