This is by no means a blistering lap, but there are one or two things to pay attention to to make your lap smooth and reasonably fast.

1. I only apply the break lightly at the end of the long straight into turns 1 and 2. Sort of trail breaking.
2. I stay in 3rd gear for the rest of the lap and control my speed and momentum with the throttle.
3. When the nose is straight - full throttle
4. Approaching a turn - lift slightly. Too much lift will cause oversteer, too little lift will cause understeer. Keep the car turning by minor adjustments in the throttle application.
5. You'll get the idea and you can only improve from here.

I am showing the 1:06.290 lap three times. Cockpit view (to see steering input), then track side view and then nose cam view
