Did someone ask you to leave a room tonight? Perhaps they were worried that you would jump on track and ruin the race.

I'm sure arrangements can be made in the future if you would prefer to observe a race live vs the division live feed.

I do not think it is stated anywhere. But usually randoms get on track and mess up process. However, all texters should welcome all guests and let them know that we appreciate if they leave the room as it is an Official Race Night Lobby or something of the likes. .. and that they should visit SnailRacing.Org for more info in how to join.

The same place where it's stated that we allow spectators.

It's not stated one way or the other. It is, and has been, common practice to have our Sunday night race lobbies be members only. Our hosts are tasked with running a race night according to the published schedule and have been instructed to notify any non-members that the room is a private event and post the address to our thread. If non-members don't leave on their own accord, the hosts are to kick them from the lobby so that we can get on with racing for the night.

As far as i know, it is ok for drivers to spectate during Thursday night practice if they don't want to race but for official Sunday night racing we ask any newcomers to go to Snailracing.org to sign up if interested and let them know it is an official league race night. Since GTS does not have the community feature like GT6 did, we have to watch to make sure anyone who is not on the drivers list does not hop onto track during qualifying and to just let them know to sign up for Snail racing on both Sunday night and Thursday night practice.

I have been putting the word 'only' in the title of the room (eg; SNAIL only D3 R1 R1) and it has helped keep the random count down. Still get the ones who cannot read though
