I did a 2:04.9 in one of the practice races last night, and my optimal was 2:04.3, So there is definitely 2:03.xx pace, maybe even a 2:02.xx if somebody is really nutty.
I don't believe a :02 is entirely possible unless everything was absolutely perfect so it might be close to that in fantastic runs but not happening anywhere near it in race for sure I can see some high :03s definitely heading our way by the weekend

You're right I doubt a 2:02 is possible during race, way to much risk.

The Snail Data Drivers Stat page is not loading fully. Can only select drivers up to J.

You will be surprised how very little steering is required around Tsukuba. Took almost 6 laps before I learned to stop “turning the wheel”. All it needs needs is a “suggestion”.
I tried a few laps last night with @RacingOtaku86

Knowing Tsukuba isn't the problem, I've run hundreds of laps there and almost ran a 57 last night.

Also, earlier I said 90° of rotation, it's 90° each way, for a 180° total rotation. Maybe I'll try reducing steering sensitivity tonight.

Thanks to @AdamK3190 for the tip this morning.

The kart defaults to rotation mode 1 on the T300. I've changed it to mode 3 and the kart is much easier to steer. Twitchness is all gone.

Found some info.

Every time I set mode to 900 degrees. {on the steering wheel itself} This is done by pressing the dpad button left or right and pressing the mode button once. the mode light will flash.1 Flash - 270 degrees.2 Flashes - 360 degrees.3 flashes - 540 degrees.4 flashes - 900 degrees.5 flashes - 1080 degrees.. it resets to 1080 degrees every time I start a new race.. is there any way to fix this

And for us plebs without your fancy shmancy wheels, I just changed the ingame settings. Dont remember what they're called, but top one I turned to 10 and the bottom to 1.

Also, on a similar note, did anyone notice a change in steering feel from Tuesday to Wednesday?

I think you are talking about Force Feedback settings which is different than steering radius. If it works and helps you stay on track that’s great! Just remember to change these settings back before next combo

With steering radius on T300 you need to set before each race

@Shotgungho
A better descriptor would be appreciated. (Unless mango already answered.)
@All
If you have a trick for the G29 wheel, please speak up. (Times like these, I wish I had my G 27 back.)
Yeah sorry it's the force feedback settings. Pause the game. Go to settings. Go all the way down to the bottom to get to the second page. The settings are in the middle of that page. Sorry I'm not better at descriptions. Pretty much it just makes the steering input duller.

Ah yes, the software. Thanks. I played with the software years ago when I got the G29. I’ll have to try it again. Perhaps Logitech has it working by now. Could be that GTS is the ‘some games’ that the software doesn’t work.
Yeah - that article is more than 3 yrs old now so hopefully software updates on GTS support this now.

I have the T300RS
