Good choice. We introduced a change in tires for the Gr.4 cars some time ago. The first night the Porsche ran with SS tires, but on the last night it will run with RH tires. So, the lap times will be a bit quicker.

Always fun to race in Snail. I am thinking we will still race in Sport on March 6th since the game is releasing just two days before that. Excited though that two racing games coming out for Playstation within one week of each other. Grid Legends tomorrow and then GT7 on March 4th. I also think of how long it will take to download GT7 to the game systems. PS4 version will have two discs and PS5 version will be on one disc.

Buyer Beware

3rd Logitech wheel that goes Kaput since I started with Snail back in the day. My 1st G27 wheel had the exact same issue that this newer G29 has, a lose hub. did not affect game play at the beginning... until it did.

Just gather enough strength to put up with Logitech Support which makes you jump through hoops.

I posted the video to YouTube.. and it got rejected as I do not use G Drive and was accused of editing the video.

As an added note, I do like other Logitech products, as I have some other gadgets that I really like and the reason why I had hopes with the new version...... well I was wrong.... it is the same G29 with the added drivers for PS5; so for the price it is not worth it at all. Sending it back and just gathering enough strength to go Fanatec.

After jumping through the different hoops and playing with some inoffensive sarcasm and calling Logitech support. My warranty claim got approved and they will be sending me a new G29.

Which means that until I get a PS5, I have no need of the overpriced G923 and will be getting shipped back to Amazon. May actually take the plunge and go for the entry level Fanatec.

You should, I went from a G27 to a T300RS and it is a huge difference. The FFB is smooth and silent, it feels a lot closer to actually driving that what the G923 feels like. Logitech is milking way too much a wheel that essentially is a 15 year old G25. Don’t get me wrong its not a bad wheel, but for what they are charging and considering that the shifter is not included anymore (it was with the G25 and G27) its way overpriced.

Anything Thrustmaster, or even better with a Fanatec Direct Drive will blow logitech out of the water.

Depends on the layout. St Croix Track B layout has afforded some of the best racing and battles I've had over the life cycle in GTSport. This was the most recent:
