Yeah I have done the old snap countersteer a few times. I've found it's super important to never just mash the throttle on a RWD car Especially on tracks areas where there is some sort of negative G situation where the car loses weight like the first section of Trial Mountain and the weird new Alsace track with the extreme uphill. I either stay in a higher gear or just hold throttle or mildly let off...I mildly do everything now
On the menu book where you have to unlock License A now. Enjoying it.
I am somewhat a car purist that likes to keep them stock (besides tires). So I'd rather buy a new car for $40k than spend $30k on upgrading a car I have...those upgrades are expensive.
When I see something in the used lot that doesn't seem likely to be won, and I really like it, I'll buy it.
Bought the '89 M3 and the older still CSL with the wing on it. Also bought a used 964 Porsche...last of the old bodystyle 911s. It drives really well. I wonder if we all get the same used car lot?
