So I have decided to "bite the bullet" and leave here my bid to join SNAIL.

Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.

Do they raise turkeys in Hawaii, other than the one driving in SNAIL...

As for the firebird I've been in SNAIL for almost 3ys and have yet to win a prize A. So unless I can somehow pull a miracle outta my butt that ain't gonna happen anytime soon!

I am indeed the biggest turkey around - the world agrees!
No turkeys, but Kaua'i is known for it's chickens and roosters which are everywhere.

Well, maybe one week soon we can organize a one-off night for the screaming chickens. Like Lessen and I did for the autocrossing (which we need to do again).

Actually there are wild turkeys all over the place on the big island. I saw many years ago when I was there getting hitched.

My local store has a few in stock .... question for the masses.... take the plunge and replace the trusted G27 with what is essentially the same wheel... or wait for wait for something that will probably be completely out of my league! Decisions.....

Promotion and relegation is complete for the December season. The drivers list has been updated and is ready for this week's racing. Divisional threads will be locked in the near future so division managers will need to create a new thread for the December season and get the duties settled.

Prize Selection Announcement​

@Nicktune has forfeited prize C due to non-responsiveness in the conversation and failure to make a choice by the deadline.

If you raced in D1 on Sunday night, you have roughly 12 hours from the time of this post to vote to freeze the Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG (R230) '04 (Sports: Soft) or Twin Ring Motegi East Course.

Each driver gets one vote and it must be posted in this thread. Any driver editing their post to change their vote or attempting to vote twice will have their vote thrown out. Voting will close at 12:30 PM ET on Wednesday or when a clear majority is reached. In case of a tie vote, the first vote cast will break the tie.
