It really doesn't matter to me cause I'm baaaaaahhhhsome!.. bababaaba baaaahhhhhsome!.
And as far as points go...bin up to 1500, down to 1380.. who caRes?
Yes sir, you deserve a big ol' Congratulations on your Bawsomeness. It was fun battling with you and Steve for the points. The whole night was a blast. And thank you David for the compliment. It was nice to keep my car facing forward all night for a change. It's coming back to me... Slowly.

Points, schmoints, who cares. Like Bear, my points go up and down....like a lady of the night named Bobby, bobbing on this old BoBs bob. Disconnect or quitting is the worst enemy, big loss there.
Just because we vote for four races doesn’t mean the end of the trifecta, we’ll just run three race nights less often, depending on the combo.

I care about points. I care about rankings. I care about anything that I spend my time doing. My college baseball coach told us that when we quit caring is when we start eroding. Of course we all have families and kids and jobs and taxes. I'm not saying that real world stuff isnt important. (You will always have the people who chime it about it's just a game, virtual, fake, real world...blah blah blah........never understood that concept because the people saying it is right there beside me doing or playing the same thing I am) But if it's worth my time then it's worth my caring. The funny thing.....any ranking system in the world for whatever it is shows who cares and who dont. If people are ok at being mediocre they wouldnt care. But people who want to be better than normal will care. Whether you are a mechanic at a local garage or the guy who sets up the electrical equipment for a band or a pilot of an aircraft.....you have to care about what you are doing or you will suck at it and as soon as you suck someone better will take your job. Same on a video game....once you suck you finish in the back and if someone is better they go to the front. Goes the same in real life as in a video game or anything you do really.

I always hear Camel is fast.....Camel dont count.....Camel isnt normal............Camel cares about everything he spends an ounce of his time doing. If he didnt then why spend time doing it? Maybe Camel has had to overcome so many disadvantages in his life that he knows no other way to do anything than 100% all out. Maybe I have learned to appreciate just the opportunity to even be able to do some of these things because any and everything can be taken from you in the blink of an eye......I can promise you that.

So Great Lakes......I understand the concern. You care about it.....and that's ok to care because by caring you have room to improve.....as do I.

Not trying to offend anyone...not trying to put anyone down. I just dont understand a negative attitude in life towards anything. Be positive. Be confident. Believe in yourself always. Take advantage of every opportunity you have at every opportunity you get.....because you never know when an eye, an arm, a leg, or even your life may be gone. Take advantage of every opportunity you get in life

Absolutely Camel. It's the champion's creed.

'With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high.'
- Ayrton Senna

'I believe in the ability of focusing strongly in something, then you are able to extract even more out of it. It's been like this all my life, and it's been only a question of improving it, and learning more and more and there is almost no end. As you go through you just keep finding more and more. It's very interesting, it's fascinating.'
- Ayrton Senna

'The only thing one can be sure of is the need to do everything to perfection.'
- Fernando Alonso

'Some people lose sight of what the objective is. When you have lost sight of what you are doing, then you have lost sight of what it takes to be a world champion.'
- Ron Dennis

We are the champions, no time for losers...

Well then I guess you'll be just as happy as a clam in Group A, while us Group B guys grind it out for those podium positions and hopefully bragging rights for the week. :P

I guess I fall into that “it’s just a game” category of driver. After going in to many situations where my friends and I weren’t sure we were going to come out the other side unhurt, or even alive, well that kind of gives me a different perspective on what I deem necessary to take seriously. That’s why when I don’t win or if I get bumped off the track I don’t get angry or excited. I’ve seen and done things that have required me to give maximum effort and that I ABSOLUTELY could not lose at or someone was going to have a flag draped over their coffin and badges in the whole state would be shrouded. Driving a pretend car laughing with all of you on Monday night is a stress reliever and a source of fun. I know for some it’s a hobby they enjoy being competitive at, no different than pursuing excellence in any game, sport or even life. That’s why I try my best to stay out of the way of the faster guys on track; I don’t want to be the cause of ruining someone else’s fun. I respect that we all deem things to be important based on our own personal experiences, and I’m glad we can all spend the time together and each enjoy it in our own way.

It’s interesting to read the different views of others, and what this game means to them, and how they choose to do things in life. I certainly agree with Camel on how life can change in the blink of an eye, my recent experience can attest to that. Growing up in a racing environment I saw many different types. Personally, it was always my goal to own and race a proper 250 Grand Prix race bike. I didn’t really care if I won, just the sheer joy of owning that machine and riding it around a racetrack was enough. But don’t get me wrong, I still liked to do well and usually finished near the top. I won my final race down in Loudan New Hampshire and was completely over the top when that happened. My youngest brother was the opposite though, his only belief was racing to win, and with his talent and mindset, he did just that. Winning to me was a bonus, I enjoyed the competition and comaradery the best, and that is exactly how I feel on Monday nights. This past week was a great example, close fights and close points results, seeing Jeff get his first win in a long time, that sort of thing does it for me.
I don’t need to be the best at what I do, I just try to do it to the best of my abilities.

"If at first you dont succeed, give up" I have all the time in the world to play this and actually harness any potential. BUT there's nothing better than beating the British at FIFA and listening to them moan about you being "American".
Plus I dont want to hear aero moaning about me playing it "all day, everyday, wake up, go to sleep, youwannagonightnight?!" (Kudos to anyone who gets that)
More so I get bored, or annoyed at PC2 and switch it off and play it again later. But i'm one of a kind.
I also don't care if its 3 or 4 races, but I voted no because ColtsJugg loves being the pickle in your cornflakes, and thought Id be the only one to say no.
I like the points on aslong as Group A arent getting screwed.

I always liked Denny Hulme, aka. The Bear. I met him at Edmonton international speedway in 1970 Denny was never one to embrace the media. I guess that's why I was able to chat with him. While the media was all over Bruce Mclaren, I was off to the side admiring the Mclaren can am cars. That's when Denny saw fit to chat with a young boy about racing cars. He seemed impressed with my knowledge of race cars until I explained that I was always helping my older brother with his lotus 23b. After that we were like a couple gearheads talking cars.
I always wondered why they called him the bear. On the track, if a competitor got out of shape,Denny would give him chance to gather it up before passing. Everyone respected that. I guess it was his gruff demeanor off the track that earned him the nickname. He left formula 1 after pulling his dead teammate from a wreck. That was the final straw for him. Too many friends had died.
He became the first formula 1 champion to die of natural causes. But it was on the racetrack.
At Bathurst he suffered a heart attack but managed to get the car pulled over and stopped. Everyone thought it was just mechanical failure at first.

The first f1 driver to die of natural causes and still died at the track. If i had to go and i had to choose a heart attack at the track, if it was painless, is not a bad way to go. Died doing something he loved. Small percentage of people get that privelage

Nice work Shaun! Why are Steve's eyelids blue, is that eye shadow?

“Why are Steve’s eyelids blue, is that eye shadow?”

My first thought was bruising from a vicious ball slapping incident, but your hypothesis is less disturbing so we’ll go with that one, lol.

Hes supposed to look drunk. But we'll go with eye shadow.

That logos mint. I thought it was Ontario in the background I was like what the f dude! Where’s niagara?! Then I realised it was the nurb. So cool
Same with me, took me a minute to figure out it was Nurb.

Thought to myself, "this does not look like Canada.."

Was looking forward to seeing Camel representing in this yes.
Project CARS 2 SMS-R Series Returns in 2019: €20K Prize Pool and Multi-Class Racing
https://www.gtplanet.net/project-ca...-2019-e20k-prize-pool-and-multi-class-racing/

The premiere yearly Project CARS 2 esport series is back for 2019. There’s €20,000 in prize money up for grabs, and the addition of fan-favorite multi-class racing.

For 2019, the championship is adopting a clear two-class approach. Up in the “Pro Class”, 10 esport teams will field two drivers in GT3 cars, with a third pilot as a backup.

......But then came the bummer....."If you’re a console player, we’ve got bad news: this year’s comp is a PC-only endeavor."
