I NEED ALL DRIVERS' NEW TT TIMES (new procedure in OP "TT instructions"), PLEASE.

I HAVE TO HAVE LIST FOR DIVISION BREAKDOWN PURPOSES AS WE GROW. I will use them in a spreadsheet for Division breaks. Please send TT to me privately. Thank you in advance.

WARNING: If I don't have you on record by 4 Jan., you will not be allowed to race in the SLCS starting Jan. 5.

Why would you pick the Shelby GT500 as our time trial car? The thing isn't designed with track driving in mind.

:irked: A lot of time and thought was put into the combo and tire selections for the TT. They are designed to reveal a drivers true unadulterated skill level, not for your driving pleasure. You savvy hombre? 💡

Coach will not be posting anymore reminders. It is what it is, you don't have your TT results submitted by the 5th YOU WON"T RACE! If we don't have enough drivers to race then so be it we'll try again the following Sunday NUFF SAID

When submitting your TT please give me the entire time. EX - 1:55.372

I'm not doing this to take up my time, or yours. I need it for accuracy and in case a time difference is .003 and a driver gets placed in D4 instead of D3.
 
I will not be racing tomorrow due to a tree job I started today. I will be cleaning up the logs and brush from this tree I was in for 8 hours. Had to rope almost every d*** limb because of the two houses & nice shed below. :D
It sucks that I won't be racing, but I have to work before I race sometimes. All those laps the past few days!! :banghead:

Good morning Coach :) A mans got to do what he's got do, or he wouldn't be a man at all. Tree trimming service is the new business? I imagine you get a lot of work this time of year especially in Missouri. Not to worry Coach I've got it under control and will take care of everything in your absence. Some new racers are suppose to be showing up today to have a look at what we're all about and it should be a fine day for racing. I want to emphasize how important it is for us all to practice our very best racecraft and conduct when we have new racers on the track. It's no fun racing all by ourselves so lets keep it clean, fun and friendly 👍 I'll see you all in about 8hrs & If you can't find a friend in the room feel free to send me an FR. Be careful up in those trees Coach and if you fall your fired before you hit the ground ;) j/k you probably got a prehensile tail tucked in back there where we can't see it.
 
I'm still waiting for a phone call but my brother who works at the same store said I probably won't have to go anywhere today, they'll just call to say I got the job. I would like to be there for Race 2. I have a very nice surprise.

I will be there. For race 2 I have two options. A safe, fast and boring option or a fun, underdog option to mix things up. Depends on what everyone else is driving but I'd like to spice things up when I can. In the past though, whenever I pick a car that's off the beaten path everyone else has the troll cars and I am alone wayyyy out back. Hopefully there's some creativity today
 
Bye the way, when I join rm had they tell me I'm in wrong car I'll buy right car, jst frustrating I sat in rm for 20 min saying 2 guys in wrong car before we stared 1st race but nothing happened, those guys could of bought 10 cars before we started 1st race, I'm going to hav to rethink racing star when your not hosting coach.

I promise to look into this, Kg. Next week, should have no confusion on combos. Remember, we are only a couple weeks old. Please be patient. No excuse though, for your concern. It is crucial that we get guys using this thread for racing information. The combos were listed with plenty of time to be prepared.
 
Hello kgffy :boggled: gee buddy? Your kind of saying a lot here w/o actually coming right out and saying it. First let me apologize again for any frustration you may have met with during todays races. Coach had me set up and run the room because I obviously need the experience as its only the 2nd time I've hosted and what better time for me to have a go at it than during the interim schedule. Additionally I wasn't feeling :ill: well today and during the races I apologized several times for doing such a horrible job. Indeed I was aware of my poor performance. I did hear either Whitey or DP say "hey how's a 2000 suppose to beat a 2010", but due to my inexperience I didn't understand the question until after the race started and I saw the two 2010's on track. I apologized at that time for misunderstanding whomever had tried to advise me of that. I never heard you or anyone say "Busted there are wrong makes on the track". Most of us were laughing :lol: joking and genuinely having a good time even Stigs who's generally all business and has no problem expressing dissatisfaction. (Remember our first day Stigs? Ya...good times:rolleyes:) He had joined in on teasing me about my hosting skills or lack thereof and I surmised everyone was still having a good time but I guess everyone wasn't. I'm sorry I let you down Coach. :guilty: I tried my best and failed miserably. Since I've already said it at least a dozen times I might as well say it again. I'm sorry if anyone else feels the way @Kgffy does about todays races. On the PLUS+ side my TRL director @Ph1sher has appointed me as acting league D3 Host.

Issue addressed. Thanks Busted.

I will update all (90% anyway) Screen Settings in OP. Hosting is not easy sometimes; especially now with the Q. If we have a master list of S.Ta.R. settings and General settings, then we can prevent it in the future. We can include Q time in Event Schedule too.

All races were fun we all had gd clean battles except race 1, thought when I said In msg box 2010 is wrong car, how can 00 keep up with 00, and several other guys righting similar msg was enough Srry if it was not, I know u race in Gtp phil series too, he new what he was doing but he ignored us even heard a sniker on his mic, we did do 20 min practice before race to so they had time to change car, the other races u did do a nice job hosting, but I know difference between a misunderstanding and jst being ignored
 
So not my poor hosting skills but rather you felt that I was ignoring you intentionally? I didn't see any chat regarding the 2010's. Honestly, I wasn't ignoring you or anyone else intentionally although I can see how that could be mistakenly perceived. I was simply overwhelmed by the task and feeling so nauseous that I was breaking out in cold sweats and had to get up twice to run to the sink. I was embarrassed for being in such bad shape today and I tried to veil how bad I really felt. There was nothing personal there and I can't for the life of me, other than the miscommunication think of any reason past or present why you'd think that. With regards to Ph1sher he is very nasally and kind of sounds that way on the mic. He's not as bad as RacingOtaku's heavy breathing but it can be a little annoying sometimes. I assure you as my guest he would never undermine the event that I was hosting. We have too much respect for each other for that to be the case. You'd never know from conversation with him over the mic that he is only 15 years of age because he carries himself that well and has that much respect for the game. Had it been his intent to win the race with a newer make Camaro he would have done so. I just spoke with him and he said that is why he did not return with the '00. At some point after the race had started he realized that you were so angered that it wouldn't be good for me for him to return even with the correct car which was what he had planned. I was so out of it that he thought I was aware of his use of the 2010 for the first race. He hadn't looked at the combo description he simply showed up to race because I asked him to. Again this is my fault and I apologize. I know Ph1sher well enough to know he'd put no stock in beating you or anyone else in an unfair race which is why he didn't tear it. In fact I'd wager to say he probably handicapped himself in someway so as to make it fair for all. That makes sense because I've rarely ever heard him struggle to keep a car on track.

I was also frustrated with the first race and almost just called it a night. I grabbed a beer, got my tin of copenhagen out and just relaxed and I was able to just go with it. And I'm glad I did because the next 5 races were awesome, some of the best I've had yet on gt6. I could tell you were not feeling well busted so I was just appreciative that you hung in there and hosted while not being able to race. Thank you very much for doing that busted. I have hosted regularly in the past and I know how difficult it is especially in a league environment. All in all, it turned out to be a great night of racing and I can't wait til next week! Now that I can compete in the tuned races I am actually getting more excited about round 2 than the 1 or 3. My gt experience is being expanded.
 
Busted, sorry I missed the rest. It's just the timing is never perfect, especially when we start late. If you want to have a random day of racing together just for the hell of it, I'm seriously down and ready for it. 550PP again so we can keep trying different combos
