That's odd. is their anything else with the usb stick other than the spa race?
I'd try it again step by step to upload. Make sure your copying the correct replay on the usb stick and uploading the correct replay
I tried right clicking on the replays you sent me and he same thing happens. The zipped folder is the same size as the original folder. So, it's not the folder.

What format are the videos you are copying? If they are MP3 that's about as small as they are going to get, but if they are not they'll have to be converted

It's not actually video, it is the replay information for the PS3. Ph1sher sent me some awhile back for a race I missed. I brought the thumb drive with me work and it does the same thing on a different computer. So, I'm doing something wrong me thinks.

Yes there is, physics and car behavior are mild off line when compared to a way more realistic on line mode.

You emailed me the results, but I don't remember what size they were before I unzipped them. I think the file is just too large to upload here. I'm not sure how much you can actually compress that replay file.

Race Recap
Well, we had quite the variety of racing on Valentine's Day. Ascari was a nice regular race on a medium length track. Apricot Hill was some great night racing. Then we had a rally at Toscana for some off road fun. We got our cars washed at Spa with rain and 80% surface water. After that we were off to a short track at London. And finally, we turned off the tuning prohibited filter and went for it at Brands Hatch. It was a great night of close intense racing. Great job guys!

I just can't seem to get a win since we've rebooted the league (even in a special week). Two more 2nd place finishes, and a third.

Their will be a week where you will be faster or just as fast as us. You never know 
Just gotta keep trying, more laps you get in the more experience and you will get faster. Repetition. Consistency. Speed
On another note I'm hoping I can make the race. Still kinda iffy if I can make it and it'll be close but we will see.
