I like the sound of this. There are a lot of car choices out there that never get used, probably due to most of them being standards. I've always thought it would be fun to race them because they are slower and would produce close racing.see, now you guys are talking right up my alley. Those cup cars make for some great racing for all levels of drivers. i didn't want to mention them, but that is exactly what i was thinking in my little head.

Lupo Cup Car
Beetle Cup Cars?
Nissan ____ Cup Cars?
Any cup type cars that are FR?
then we can find a good track(s) and throw this together for this week. No need for it to be "official"; let's just have some fun with it!
Whether it be enduro or otherwise depending on who's interested. I always vote for enduro (the longer the better) but i know that limits the field of drivers interested, so i am good any way it is decided.
we could do two 20 minute races reverse grid in each of them too...they are so easy to drive, no need to practice much.
Edit:
If we decide to do a set of two 20 minute races in each car, we could actually do all kinds of cars and keep running races until people got bored. But we could have a list together for the first 3 cars/tracks to get started with.

So The World Of Outlaws Sprint Cars ran at Stockton Dirt track this past weekend, and this was such a close race to the end and had all of us wondering who won, Donny Schatz (15) actually beat Shane Stewart (2) by .220, In this video it clearly shows Shane Stewart (2) Winning, In another view, camera It showed Donny Schatz (15) Winning. Im going to try to find that video to put it in this post as well.
So Who do you think won? This is why i love Dirt Track Racing! Some of the best racing right their!

basically where the stand is.can't tell where the start-finish line goes across the track. That's why from that camera angle it appears the white car finished in front. BUT, where is the start finish line exactly?
However I'm unable to link it but theirs a video of a guy shooting those final laps and Donny Schatz did win that race by a nose basically!
I can link the different view once i get home later tonight!

I don't know how to really explain that to answer but the video that i will share here later when i get home should explain it pretty well.yeah, that's one side of the track, how about the other? where does it cross the track?
Also i wasn't sure if Shane Stewart (2) had his transponder in the wrong spot as well.

Pretty much. Schatz however did win that race..somehow
Anyways I got my body panels for new race car so I'll make sure to take some pictures of the car when they get on

Race Recap
Another great night of NASCAR racing in the Turtle Racing League FLEX Series! The race saw 7 drivers take the green flag for the High Speed Ring 300. BionicDerp didn’t have any practice for the race, but managed to grab the pole anyway. He and Latenight-Rider had a seesaw battle for the lead the entire race, using their racing soft tires to put down blistering lap times. They also had a back and forth battle for the fastest lap time as Latenight put down a lap a scant .014 seconds faster than Bionic. Overall in the end, though, Bionic prevailed victorious, with Latenight finishing a close 2nd. DolphDrago rumbled slowly around on his racing hards, attempting to stay out of trouble. He (along with Psycho-Tuber) only pitted twice throughout the race. It was not the winning strategy as too much time was lost on the harder compound, especially at the end of his stints, but it put him in a solid 3rd place at the end. Euclid58 finished a strong 4th place with Friend-29 taking 5th. In regards to Psycho-Tuber’s strategy, racing hards were too slow, and softs would wear out too fast. So he went with mediums. To quote Psycho, “What I got was the worst of both worlds.” He was too slow AND his tires wore out too fast. Poor ‘ol Psycho ended the race in 6th as the final finisher. Littleregret265 also made an appearance and was running strong, stalking the leaders, when he unfortunately got disconnected midrace. It would have been interesting to see where he finished with his strategy. A completely different animal than the Daytona 500, the High Speed Ring 300 still proved to be a tough and interesting race with differing strategies. Congrats to BionicDerp on his win! 👍

@Psycho Turtle, the next weekend I'll be able to race is April 11th. Will the schedule stay the same for that weekend or will you be pushing the schedule back because of the holiday weekend?
