I've had something come up and won't be able to race tomorrow night. As an alternate, it wasn't a sure thing I was going to race anyway, but still. :( Saturday night I'm good to go though.

If you create a room in the club lounge it is the same as the public room (you can change tracks, rules etc). If you create a club event and have a room for the event, the track and rules are set on event basis and so you can't change those details.

This is correct. I use the turtle club for online practice. You can do everything, just treat it like an open lobby.

Sorry I couldn't join the practice last night. Hopefully the recent WRS event at Bathurst prepared me well for this race. We shall see.

I couldn't wish a better outcome for something that I've been dreaming about making it for quite a while. It cost me several hours for car selection, purchase, tune and test every single one of them to make sure this event would be even, demanding, fair and fun. Then present the full idea and it's organizational data to PTuber, invite people, messaging back and forward, choose my car, tune it, test it, re-tune it and practice to finally enjoy a full hour of an awesome race with some of the best people this game can afford, so,
micantony, chocochocochip5, G_Parrilla, Xrad-11, Friend-29, Chevron, RacingOtaku86, Psycho-Tuber, lighteningdf22b1, GotDirt410sp, kelrick85, MLPSilverWing and Wolfsatz...

Race Recap

Great racing tonight! Congratulations to micantony for the pole and win, fantastic race micantony! chocochocochip5 was the only driver in the same area code as micantony. After keeping it close for awhile he couldn't quite keep pace with micantony and went on to finish 2nd. Nice racing chocochocochip5! G_Parrilla and schmiggz had an intense battle for most of the race. However, 1 extra pit stop by schmiggz gave G_Parrilla the last spot on the podium. G_Parrilla held on for 3rd Place with schmiggz ending the night in 4th.

There was strange finish by Xrad-11 at the end of regulation. He appeared to try to keep from running an extra lap by timing the end of the race. Then drove back through the pit and parked. During all that he went from 5th to 6th Place. RacingOtaku86 was the beneficiary and finished 5th. lightningdf22b1 had a good race but, was almost caught by CHEVRON at the end. lightningdf22b1 finished 7th with CHEVRON right behind him for the 8th Place finish.

Psycho-Tuber got caught in some early crashes then battled back and forth with CHEVRON for a good portion of the race. CHEVRON finally got past and made it stick late in the race. Psycho-Tuber finished in 9th Place. Friend-29 had a good pace but, too many excursions kept him from finishing higher in the standings. Friend-29 finished 10th. GOTDIRT410sp, kelrick85 and MLPSilverWing were a little off pace in this one and finished 11th, 12th, and 13th respectively. Wolfsatz did not finish the race. Great racing guys!

How to enter the RUSH RACING SERIES - Mid-Field Challenge

Step 1: Post your request to join along with your PSN ID in this thread. This event will be open to 16 drivers, so make sure when signing up you're absolutely sure you will be able to participate. The first 16 will be granted a place on the grid. However, you may sign up as an alternate.

Step 2: Once you have secured a place on the grid, you will need to choose one of the listed cars and post your choice in the thread including color choice if necessary. The selection process will be on a "first come, first served" basis.

From testing all five different brands, times were between 1:08 - 1:10. All the cars except the SRT's and I believe the Chevrolets got a turbo upgrade and were tuned to specs. That's the only tuning made on all the cars. That and the weight for the cars. All had to be raised to meet requirements.
