IIRC they were around 3-4€ when I bought them.

Good investment. You can ask for $10 at minimum for most Ferrari Racers these days. I myself have put $27 for the 430 Scuderia, and was almost ready to do $34 for the red Dino 246. I'm glad I didn't.

The Scueria is a really nice one, all the proportions are right, especially when compared to the normal 430 casting. Looked up the Dino and boy oh boy is that ugly, looks like a donk.

Now that makes me not want to collect HW 246s anymore.

DONKS...DERNK DOCCCCCC

Sounds like something a solo 7 y.o would blurt out mimicking cartoon sound effects. Donk... I bite my thumb at thee.

$4. Everyone is willing to pay a different price. It's just a matter of finding a person that will pay top dollar.

On a good day, I might fork up $9 for one. But usually I'm not in the mood, I'll pay $3 at most for an error.

I get this beautiful CM's Celica on eBay for $8 shipped.

This is what happens when the seller mails it in an envelope.

I contacted the seller before filing a claim. Seller, unresponsive. <<<< Don't be like this guy, because as most of us eBayer know, buyer(me) is getting his money back, with or without involvement from eBay. I was hoping to offer him $3 for the car, try the superglue & walk away, but now 1) He may see less than favorable feedback for ignoring me. 2) I'm going for full refund.

What a shame. It is a very cool casting. Very cool. I can't believe these things still get shipped in an envelope. :indiff:

I appreciate it. Akiyo at Japan Booster is really happy with how things played out this weekend. He has never been busy, and he knows a lot of traffic came from buyers here, who used the link. I see more damaged box sales in the future. Hopefully he finds damaged boxes on models like the Transporter and others. ;-)
More props to the teamwork between Lamley Group & Japan Booster!

I totally forgot to mention that Japan Booster is the only seller I've seen who makes discontinued TLVs available to us at reasonable prices, and on a consistent basis. Add that to Akiyo's customer service & professionalism, Japan Booster is one of a kind seller. 👍
On what appear to be Hayashi Streets no less. Yeah I also wanna see pics of that.
I don't know what that is, but you bet you can count on pics. 👍
Think it was and didn't he combine both of the names once? Hakomeri or Kenosuka or something like that?! And totally forgot that you had a Hakosuka on order. Pictures when it arrives please man. 👍
I forgot about his hybrid term.👍 Like with Kenmeri, yes sir, count on the pics. 👍
Found this in a shop for $2 about a month ago.

"Y'know, we could always make arrangements for that. Excuse me while I'll grab a few box cutters over here..."

Soon as no one's looking-*RIIIIIIIIP*

"How much now? It's ripped. I don't buy ripped boxes."
.................. You don't practice this at work, do you? I've been wondering about those "cheap" hot wheels you've been finding at work.
Been lurking around this forum for a long time and finally decided to show my collection, nothing special to it but I hope you like it :)
Welcome to the thread & thanks for sharing pics. We like pics.

For a guy that likes japanese cars as much as you seem you do, I find your lack of japanese wheels disturbing.

Also, yeah, screw the mofo that sent you a car in an envelope. Fully deserved.

Haha, like I really have to go through all that trouble.

Shame to hear about a broken wheel. That looks easier to fix than the partly broken wings I got.

Thanks for reminding me. I was so busy putting out the eBay fire I created, I forgot all about getting on my seller.

Look at the tracking results of the package I shipped with wrong zip code on the shipping label(address on the box do have correct zip). I 🤬 up, but the difference between me & my CM's seller, I keep communicating with the customer, I fully intend on setting things right(in the worst case scenario).

I know, I kid. On the wheel, I'm itching to try the glue, but I can't touch it yet until we settle on the.... settlement.

Edit: Oops. Now eBay says wait until December 8th. That's too long of a wait!!!!

Speaking of eBay, had someone message me today asking if I could wait until the 26th of this month and he would buy all of my listings.

Jauce is going to kill me.

I need to start selling off whatever crap cars I can very, very soon.

That scumbag won't respond to my request to close the cases he opened, even though he verbally agreed with the solution I proposed. It's preventing me making a payment for another seller.

Went and found a few today. Nothing worth noting. I did find and bring home an extra Snoopy and Homer. I set them on my coffee table and went and got a drink. I came back and they were missing. Come to find out my youngest daughter stole them because she knew they were duplicates. She promptly took them and marched straight to her room and added them to her collection. I've created a monster!

The lack of b case cars is killing me I get so annoyed whenever I don't see anything good. I've checked every store at least twice a week depending if I remember to go look but still can't find any new cars.

So you know it's been awhile since I posted anything other than TLV's or Kyosho's. Figured I should change that. Stuff I found this afternoon while I was out. And yep, that is a Super TH rrroadster.

I have over 1000 Hot Wheels Cars and no track, and I still have no need for a track. :P

What about the rest of you? :P:P:P

I've thought about buying some. But as of right now, I don't own any.

I had an idea to make a custom for downhill track racing. But then I realized I had no track or any desire to purchase any, so I skipped that idea.

I also wanted to do that, fill it with lead and stuff, but the club hasn't used the 12-meter downhill track for a while now, so that's also in the very back of my mind now.

6-8 hours to go. LOTS of people watching my stuff, 6 listings with bids has me at $220 currently. 46 people watching the Bluebird 510 listing, 6 or 7 people from other countries asking for shipping quotes on that one item.

Lots of snipers waiting it out.

a Super TH rrroadster.
Way to find it, Jdawg. And it's a fantasy casting that's still cool. Nice save. :D:tup: Love the Kool Kombi!
I have over 160 hot wheels cars and no track... so i had to do something about it.
It has 3 different track layouts
I've bought my nephews a couple of smaller ones. Nice thing about the stores around here, they carry the individual track pieces, so I've bought a few of those, too. My only problem is that current slingshot thing doesn't have enough power to push the car thru two loops. I'm now looking to get them a drag racing track as the part of their Christmas package, so they could actually start racing them simultaneously.

When I started looking at tracks, I started buying fantasy cars that are marked "best for track" on the card. It's handy they put that on the card, but at least one of those track cars are one of the worst performers, so I'm still very green in this department.
Still have this from my childhood; made in Mexico to boot, too, and aaaalmost complete:
I've seen it, either on here or on eBay(maybe both). Something I'd have loved to have owned as a kid. 👍
46 people watching the Bluebird 510 listing
I've never even seen that many watchers.
Lots of snipers waiting it out.
Please post the bidding results. It should be epic.

Finally found the Super Treasure Hunt Kool Kombi for a reasonable price last night. It was just under $24, shipped. Very happy. I wanted it very much. :D

Funny how two whole bids jumped my sales total to over $450 and we're just getting started...

Edit: @a6m5 I see what you're doing there sir! :P

I'm playing a game with a relatively green bidder. If I actually win by accident, I'm gonna have to borrow some money from you, Jason. j/k

Edit: I'm too afraid to go over $151. That's my red line(pun intended).

There's always the second chance offer thing, I can offer it to the first loser.
