Wow........ That took you like no time.......🤬:banghead::bowdown::grumpy::mad::eek::irked:

So much emotions, but mostly unhealthy envy. Seriously though, congrats! đź‘Ť

I still can't believe I found it. I think did a little dance in the aisle! It's my eighth TH overall, but it will always be my favorite.

@R1600Turbo Ahmed sez he'll Paypal you when he gets home đź‘Ť

 Irony!

Glad you got your stuff, Jason. If you're interested in other Nissan CM's, there's that Datsun Violet (should be on the nissan boxes) that comes from the same release. That's the only Nissan release they've made. There's one Mazda release as well. I don't know if you're interested in the other makes.

Went searching, found the Mazda 323 for a good price. Have to wait until all the money comes in from the sales though.....people like to take their sweet time.

I'm already ordering stuff from this guy through jauce, do you want this 323?

https://www.jauce.com/auction/f141779298

Mind you if I can keep up the forwarder service, there's serveral fees attached per item.

400 yen (if I win an auction within 24 hours from the last time I won)
8% of its closing bid.

Actually, does anyone want anything from that seller? They got lot of TLVs for $8 and other low priced CM's. There's also Konamis, Aoshimas and some other brands too.

Here's the link: https://www.jauce.com/user/yasudayo8221?select=s1=end&o1=a&n=100

Try to aim for something that ends within the next 33 hours. Let me know your max bid, and I'll handle the rest. Keep in mind the forwarder's service fee listed above.

My first $TH.

Congrats on that. Excellent haul too. đź‘Ť
I keep forgetting to post these:

Dude, everything in your post. Especially those VW's.! Quite worthy of this, I reckon. đź‘Ť

Want me to hang onto one of my Wagons for you for a future transaction?

I didn't find those 9 cars locally. I can't expect to find those locally

Also: took this auction too lightly. Got outbid by 2.50:

For once I'm not just coming in here to whine at you guys not realizing milestones. :P I've recently been clearing out my wardrobe, and I found a few boxes of my old tracks from childhood. Most of it was incomplete junk, but I happened to find some gems within. @Cano, do you think you can shed some light on my finds, please? I'd also be willing to sell or even give away some of this stuff, would be better off going to a place where someone can enjoy it.

You may see me around a bit more, I'm slowly getting back into collecting, and I have lots of finds to show. :D

Nothing? I thought free was the best kind of price. :P

EDIT:

I did some research and managed to find another example of the truck, which was mint. The seller is asking for $30 in the box, so I was thinking mine, with a few pieces lost is fair at $10, or even just how much shipping is. I really wouldn't mind getting it but I'd hate to have to donate it, I'd rather want it to go to someone who'll appreciate what it is. Link to the mint one.

Still a little iffy on the Viper GTS-R...

Haven't gone to the other indoor flea market in a while, didn't find much but these two.

Also found these Monograms, never heard of them. But they seem interesting....although they're $5 each. (There was also a slantnose 911 and F40.

That we know of. $2.50 was probably the bid increment amount. When you beat someone by a penny, you let me know. ;) :D

Nice finds to in your previous post too, 240Z and SRT Vipers. đź‘Ť
Thanks! 240Z was EVERYWHERE. I wish the Bluebird was the same way.

Probably due to shipping. I've mentioned in this thread before, sometimes, it seems like the only true winner in all these online hot wheels transactions are the shipping/mail carriers.

In Japan, plastic model industry is HUGE. Here in the States, they have like two bins at the most dedicated to those models, but over there, they have bins & shelves of those things at the toy stores, and even shops dedicated to them everywhere.

Sorry for the long setup, but growing up other there, all you saw were Japanese plastic models. The first American model that I remember touching was the Monogram. When I came here, there were very few Tamiyas & Hasegawas, so it's not like I had the choice, but man, just that Monogram logo oozes nostalgia for me. I don't recall seeing this cool logo for what feels like decades, so I don't know how they are doing these days, but I hope they are still around. đź‘Ť

P.S. Who makes the Lexus? I'm a fan.
Not sure why it came out bluish
Welcome to my world. Only Japanese guy who can't properly operate a camera. :dunce:

If you need a Bluebird wagon, I have a couple just hanging out looking for a new home. Retail + shipping (Maybe $3.00?) and one's yours.

I appreciate it, but I still have faith I'll find one locally. I don't think those cases ever hit our Fred Meyer(Kroger) stores & others? They can run months late on these things, so I'm counting on that. đź‘Ť
Oh come on. Your photos aren't that bad. :P

They've come a long way, but I'm about average at best. With all the practice, I really should be an expert by now. :D

Some of my photos still come out like crap. Gran Turismo photography and camera and tripod photography are my best bets. :indiff:

I'm in Japan at the moment (spent four days in Tokyo, just spent my first night in Osaka), I've found a few shops with Tomica's, a couple of random toy/figurine shops had tlv's but nothing super interesting to me (mainly into the more shakotan/boso models and styles). Hoping to find some places around this area with something cool, I'll try remember to get some photos.

Are these really worth what they're asking?
I've discovered that often, these little cars are not worth the asking price? They are worth that price only if you pay it.

Having said that, I know next to nothing about vintage Matchboxes. :P
