Well, I know Lesney Matchboxes are sought after. But $65 a pop seems high. But, I also know next to nothing about vintage Matchbox.

I always check eBay search, then click on one of the boxes on the left for "sold" listings search. That'll at least give you an idea of the going rate.

Gotta admit, I had a good laugh at that haha
You should check out the outdoor shots I've taken for the real guns thread. They look like I took them with a toaster. :(
When do the holiday hot wheels come out I haven't seen any at Walmart.
They've been out for about two weeks, honestly.
I found them at two of the three Walmart stores on Friday. One store had VW(golf?) completely out. I ended up picking up just the Charger, but they were all quite nice. Nissan truck was a pleasant surprise, though I still passed. :P

In Japan, plastic model industry is HUGE. Here in the States, they have like two bins at the most dedicated to those models, but over there, they have bins & shelves of those things at the toy stores, and even shops dedicated to them everywhere.

Sorry for the long setup, but growing up other there, all you saw were Japanese plastic models. The first American model that I remember touching was the Monogram. When I came here, there were very few Tamiyas & Hasegawas, so it's not like I had the choice, but man, just that Monogram logo oozes nostalgia for me. I don't recall seeing this cool logo for what feels like decades, so I don't know how they are doing these days, but I hope they are still around. 👍

P.S. Who makes the Lexus? I'm a fan.

They seem pretty cool for 1/87s, I just thought the price was rather steep.

The LS430 is by Majorette. I've seen pictures of the model before on the internet, just haven't seen one in person. I must say, it's not bad. Definitely better than today's Maisto's.

Would like to customize it, but I don't have the time to do so. Heck, I'd love to restore a bunch of the beat up models I find at flea markets.

Got back from a stupid 14 hour shift, had to run out to walmart for its wifi to bid on stuff.

Put $37 on the 2015 $TH 599XX and still lost.
Won a $TH 240Z for $41.
Put $12 on a Kyosho Ferrari (minicar 10) F430 GT and lost.
Won a Kyosho Ferrari (minicar 10) 250 GTO for $8.50, surprisingly.
Won a Kyosho Ferrari (minicar 10) 575 GTC for $12.75

Didn't bid on the yellow Kyosho Frrari 458 Speciale, but holy crap it ended at $50! Probably would've been worth trying on jauce.
Didn't bid on the Secret Kyosho Ferrari (minicar 10) F50 GT in matte black, but holy crap it ended at $50 too!

Not sure why it came out bluish

Auto white-balance wasn't working with whatever type of light you used probably..

How long has the b case cars been out cause I've only seen/bought 2 of them.

I'm still on M cases. Be grateful you already have 2015 stuff!

Rather than make my brother buy more basic Tomica's, I thought I'd pay the slight premium online. Gonna wait for these four to come in.

I think it's time to cave in on TLVs. Cuz once you go TLV, you never go T again.

DJ Shin-TT will break it down for you.

correction: I lost the Datsun $TH at $51. Won the 599XX $TH at $39. I don't always care about supers, but when I do....

:P

4 packages arrived the the warehouse. Everything else should probably be in by next monday.

It's funny. I bought one of those Minis for a custom, only for Mattel to "steal" my idea a week later when I saw the casting. So now I am doing a circuit racer instead of a rally car.

The stuff from crosssea will likely arrive on Wednesday. The DyDos will probably be here tomorrow.

But in the meantime, here's a sideshow distraction that should keep you busy for a few minutes:

2009 Kyosho British Sports Car Collection (one of the dopest releases ever).

Aston Martin Racing DBR9 Intercontinental #007
