That's it, I'm raiding Walmart tomorrow morning...

Too lazy to take a proper picture. It's a Speedster, found it at a dollar store.

Yeah. Take out horrible wheels, swap in Hot Wheels' of Matchbox's most basic wheels, see how the car transforms.

Tasty. Especially the red one.

I'm very thankful for my Mum for buying them for me.

Neat, both of them, and minty indeed. The red one is hard to come by, good grabs.

Rare? Wow. I was surprised to see all of the parts, considering she got them from a second shop.

Thank you for the comments.

Not precisely rare, but it's much harder to find than the yellow one, for sure. And even harder with all its parts.

I have that one in premium trim with rubber tires and metallic red paint, it's cool but with way more use than yours.

What year is this from?

I collect all the Aussie cars I can find MB and HW:

Cool concept. I had never seen those versions of the Holden panel van from the 50s.

EDIT: And now that I'm looking, neither the yellow 34 Ford hot rod. That one's cool.

So I was just browsing the HWC forums, and it looks like all of the super treasure hunts for 2012 (at least for now) are in the Muscle Mania series. Keep an eye out for these:

I saw that Super Bee today, didn't know if it was worth getting.

I did pick up a white 458 Italia, the Falcon Race Car, '57 Chevy Bel Air (Edelbrock "23" livery), a gray 911 GT3 (finally!), and another silver 911 GT2.. was hoping on a white or red :grumpy:

Also picked up a Speed Machines Evo, a Matchbox Evo X (cop) and Fisker Karma 👍

You probably saw the regular version which is orange like the blister card suggests. And you're right, not really worth anything. Keep in mind as well, the treasure hunt car has a slightly different body color.

Yup. Backing this up: people, keep in mind that there will also be "regular" verions of these cars which aren't worth more than any other car in the pegs. You will have to be on the lookout for:

-special metallic paint
-rubber wheels on special tires, easiest feature to recognize.
-a small "TH" logo somewhere in the car
-And I've noticed that, when you look at the normal car and the super-th car, there is one bit of tampo-ing in the Super, which the normal version doesn't have.

I made a guide for a friend about the normal and super versions of the super bee. I'll convert it to english and post it here. Wait a bit.

Here it is people. This should give you all the info you need in order to find this car. Remember that the plain-jane version isn't worth a damn, it's NOT a limited edition car like a regular treasure hunt, it's just part of the HW lineup.

I'll eventually make one for each secret STH, so I'll post them here where they're ready.

Isn't it just international, not canadian? The thing was sold here like any other car back in the day, I remember the pegs were full of these things.

I guess I need to learn a bit more about the international cards! To me, its just another car I'll never see. I love standard cars, in particular American, French and Japanese model cars. Unfortunately finding french models, the international releases in particular is very hard unless you overpay online. A seller on eBay right now has 20+ Leo, French and rare internationals for sale. I'm particularily interested in a Yellow Ford Escort, a "BP" Citation, Leo Blue Monza and a Lacoste Blue Hare Splitter! He's got a couple cars I'd never seen as well such as:

Yeah, I know how that is. We also had our exclusive market cars in here, as I'm sure you know, but I have always liked some French variations like the airport rescue in red and, have you seen the blue Leo Dixie Challenger? That thing looks smashing in blue.
