Hey main thing is you're pleased, and definitely if it's not often on the market then sometimes you have to sack up and pay what the price is. The bad part about collectables/limited releases.
And also, toothpicks are not very samurai ().
I didn't even notice that Andy had called you out on it too. But yeah, toothpicks add them to the shopping list or don't, whatever. I'm not your mother. Not you too!
Everybody I know carries a pocket knife!
True to a degree. Way I see it, that's just the way it is with collectibles. Market driven prices. *shrug*Hey main thing is you're pleased, and definitely if it's not often on the market then sometimes you have to sack up and pay what the price is. The bad part about collectables/limited releases.
Oh...... the possibilities.I'm not your mother.
Aussies & Canucks. Got it.Well now you know one who doesn't.

Baseball cards are excellent example. Piece of cardboard, but depending on demand, it could be worth as much as a Ferrari.
Oh...... the possibilities.

Another perfect post. You are on a winning streak. 👍I'm glad someone did something with that, lol.
My goal starting the year was to seriously cut down on buying hot wheels, selling good chuck of what I have...... Damn it. It was just too nice of a deal, and they are so damn charming.
Blasphemy. Plus, you bought the wrong Auto Worlds. Supposed to get the ones with the plastic display case.Curiosity killed the cat and I finally picked up an Auto World car.
I'm not sure what I think. It's detailed well. I love that's it all metal. But I hate the wheels and the axles. They are so cheap. I confused them for something Maisto would put out. I still like M2s better. But I'd still buy more.

And Auto World's overall quality is WAY better than M2, which currently is a joke with how much I roll my eyes when I see new M2's at the store and have to leave so many behind that I would have preferred to purchase.
Oh...... the possibilities.
👍out of context-quoting ftw (:Ahem. Sure, it's not as big as yours, but still.
Target in Canada closing down
Get those clearance cars now, Canucks.
I'm just sorry I missed the other lot he had, which featured two Hummers for $2.99(real riders & everything).I've never even heard of those, but those two look freaking sweet, never mind the price tag! I'd have snatched that up too.
I like it. Even the wheels & especially the whitewall tires. 👍Curiosity killed the cat and I finally picked up an Auto World car.
And Auto World's overall quality is WAY better than M2
Build quality, quality control's one thing, but they are separate from things like parts design & parts quality. Not that I have compared M2 & AutoWorld, but if I did, it wouldn't surprise me if M2 were better in the latter category. The build quality is much better. I have a few M2s with loose doors or hoods. But I just still prefer them. I'm not even sure why.
I heard about Target pulling out of Canada
a6m5I'm just sorry I missed the two Hummers for $2.99(real riders & everything).
I LOVE Walmart for those exact items I mentioned earlier(hot wheels & ammo), but yeah, I am afraid that it's true what they say: Walmart build stores everywhere in town, saturate the market(at risk of losing money), driving rival stores out of business. I love them, but I do resent their tactic.Mainly because certain line of products US Targets carry can't be imported into the Canada, hence Target finds no substantial amount of audience. Also, Walmart's destroying all the big box department stores here. Target still has stuff your other big box stores don't. That's keeping them in the game.
Red & silver. What are you talking about!?Yeah, but was it gold-plated? If it isn't....
And I totally agree with this statement, but build quality isn't everything. If it was, Toyota would be the best car, you don't need a Ferrari. just making a point.Without good quality control, you don't have good build quality.
I don't agree, but that's just personal taste/opinion. I can certainly respect your opinion that QC is that important to you. 👍if they got their act together and stopped shipping crap quality cars, I would buy more. Until then, Auto World is just better IMO.
Exactly. Also, the M2's major issue is more about how they are assembled(IMO). Way their casted or moulded parts look are quite unique & attractive, at least to me. Again, I totally agree on their assembly & quality control. I believe I was the first one to start crying about those items in this thread.By "part quality", I don't think he meant consistency of how they're built, but rather, what the design aimed to achieve.

When they mold them right. (mainly the doors that have issues)Way their casted or moulded parts look are quite unique & attractive, at least to me.
