That's the 4-door sedan (LV-N33), which is still relatively easy to find. The 4-door hardtop (LV-N21) is almost impossible to pick up now. Somehow I managed to score both versions of LV-N21 this past week in 2 separate auctions, and each one included another car that I didn't have as a bonus.

Got my stuff from AmiAmi. The Mazda Demio is PERFECT. Going to buy more cars from this Oversteer company, their quality really is top level. Pics in a bit after I catch up on my daily YouTube subscriptions.

Strolled into a going out of business sell at a K mart in Danville Va today, walked out with this..

K mart Exclusive RX7 in Matte white.

Funny thing is, before heading back home to NC, i wanted to put some gas in my car. So as i was driving to the gas station, i got a really good vibe from the Super K mart across the street. So afterwards, i went inside the deshelved store and found it :D hidden from site at the back of peg full of fantasy cars.

Not long ago did I see that 'exclusive' fly by here.

Added some more to my collection-I-have-no-room-for. Bought these while I was out in Gran Canaria. :D

There is nothing that I don't like about your post, R1600. Just absolutely nothing! I personally think that Oversteer is being rather underrated (or at least it's still under the radar of many) at the moment, because their 1/64 Mazdas are a thing of pure beauty. Case in point, the new 2/Demio; great parts detail, superb color choice and a very nice display, not too small nor too big for the car. The detail in these cars is absurd, but in a good way, as it really gives the cars a sense of quality. I want... no, I need one of these.

Also, the (TLV?) Skyline and the Datsun are fine cars as well. It's just that my eyes are purely fixated on that Mazda... Great set of purchases, man. 👍

No, not really. In fact, if you gave me money and told me "go buy a new car" I'd probably pick up a 2. Or a Suzuki Swift. But in model form? hyper-bleh.
You just need to see it in person.

But isn't the reason we collect these cars because we can't own them in real life?

Oddly, if they did a Suzuki Swift Sport, I'd hit it tomorrow.

Speaking of Suzuki, I can only imagine what Oversteer could produce if they decided to rival Kyosho's motorcycles.

If I find a decent number of small scale brands that produce top notch bikes, I'm fairly confident I will start a bike collection quicker than I did with the planes and fire trucks.

Bikes! Did someone say 'bikes'?

*checks into 'bike' box.

Can't wait to get my Midnight Hot Rod Cafe set up. then I shall open them all. For now, what I have opened is good enough to play with.

I have to agree - a Swift in RL right in front of your eyes is in no way comparable to a model. Such mass production modern sub-compacts as well as the hordes of current K cars are not the choicest of models - however, to each their own.
As classics such cars adopt a different aura.

No.

As I've said so many times before in this thread I collect primarily for the same reason that toy-makers make this stuff for.
To play with.

I'm hoping that doesn't make the hobby embarrassing.
