Good grabs, but my god that Greyhound was steep. I know it's difficult to come by, but man...
After looking around some on the internet, I can believe it. The price tag was $20, but I of course got it for $18. The new seller (The same one who sold me the Turbofire) isn't budging much on prices like Jack typically does. Still, I regret nothing. :) At least it's in good shape.
The Boss 429 rules 👍
You ain't kidding. My dad, my brother and even my mom have tried to buy it off me since I got it. I almost walked off without it, good thing I didn't.
Thanks! :)
I'm not too big on vintage hot wheels, but I can totally get behind that bus.
Who doesn't love the looks of that bus? :)

I did get pictures of some findings this time around I will post later. ;)

Love the color combo on this one.

Our new parts manager finally decided to have some diecast models for sale at our dealership. Wish I waited, the Greenlight Chrysler dealership is only $13 at employee pricing.

Pretty sure I paid a little more for mine on eBay and all the cars came damaged.

I think it's a hobby exclusive, so you'll be able to get it from eBay. I doubt it will be too expensive.

T-Hunted claims it's a promo model but I hope you're right, would love to get my hands on that.
Holy poopsticks. These are Norevs.

I was almost contemplating on selling my Norev collection, but I may have to take this one up.

I don't have any Norevs. That might be about to change though, wow.

It's hard to believe that a company that makes things such as TLV in great deal can create something so cheap looking.

TLVs just warp our notion that all Tomicas look as good as that, and then we look at lesser models which dwarf that idea immediately. What concerns me more is that the S-FR is meant to be a Premium model, a line which stands above the really cheap Tomica models. And yet it doesn't seem to stand out on its own that much, especially with the lack of detail in the front (that reallly needed a license plate) and the painted headllights.

Should've done that a bit better, don't you think Tomica?

It's hard to believe that a company that makes things such as TLV in great deal can create something so cheap looking.

I don't even get how normal Tomica's can even cut it in todays world. With affordable casting technology which can make cars this small very detailed who would want ones with the same wheels, few tampos and poor metal work!

Tomicas still tailor to the Asian market for the most part, and until some other brand decides to compete in Asia, Tomica can continue to make their cost-cutting mainlines marking them for $5 a piece.

With mainlines, it's all business at the end of the day, not about enthusiastic collectors.

Well here are those findings I mentioned earlier. ;) Crappy pictures, but hey, it's better than nothing. :)

Yep. Another Custom Police Cruiser much like the one I got back in 2012, but it has a clear light on top instead. I was considering this one at first after seeing it during my other visit, but after giving it another look, I don't think it's worth the $18 it's priced. Jack spoke against it and I can see why.

A picture of the bus. Not much to see really, but you can get a view of the other cars around it. The orange Flat Out looked rather good and it was only $5. Shame on me for not getting a better picture.

Some castings on display. Most you probably have already seen, but there are some that was added over time.

Even more. Check out the blue El Dorado! You can't see the price tag, but it's $75. Can't see it to well, but at the bottom is an Alive '55. It's only $8.

Lot's of Hot Wheels 100%'s here! Again, sorry for the crappy photos.

Tell me that Corvette isn't awesome.... (Not really, don't :P)

And then some more of the 100%'s and even more interesting castings.

If my dad hadn't been in such a hurry, I probably would have gotten more pictures and some better ones too, but I just thought I would share. :)
