Right place right time, both on the pegs

These were at a Meijer

As always, it depends on the car. They look ridiculous in the bmw for instance.

Totally agree. That BMW could have been so perfect too but alas. Still it won't stop me grabbing one should I ever see it.
Our tastes are so similar sometimes, then you say something like this.

You know I'm right, you just don't want to admit it! :P

my only issue with the outlaw is its scale... its bigger than a bathtub Porsche should be in 1/64, but the detail is there and pretty accurate

Yeah, that'll happen with hot wheels. Cars gotta fit their tracks, must fit on their cards, etc., but many collectors do share your view on this.

Me, I've come to terms with it. I demand accurate 1/64 scaling from TLVs, Kyoshos, but hot wheels, they are what they are. :D

New cars from a grocery store. While was peg raiding, my jacket caught a hook and pulled it off the shelf, dumping the cars on the floor. An employee a few feet away said, "make a mess like that again and you're out of here." I tried to explain what happened but all I got was a "No, I don't want to hear it. You know what you did."

Anyway I found a Mustang error (the rear wheel has no gray paint), Huracan, NSX, VW Caddy and a P1.

@a6m5- I almost uncarded it but I left it be. I love the lil thing and didn't even know it was a Magnus Walker edition until I got home.

WTF is with people lately? I know it's the holiday season and employees are stressed, but that is no way to talk to customers.

Yeah, kinda crazy. It would never happen to me though. I'm usually picking up their crap, hanging them back up on the pegs.
That's why I don't buy new cars online because eventually I'll find it.
I will find one now that i bought one online .
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.......

Edit: Just something I saw on TLV Twitter page:

M2 released Ford F-100 casting couple of months ago(probably more). I've been wanting to get one, but I didn't realize it was going to cost me $46.90:

More pics on my blog if interested.

Double whammy - It's expensive, because it's SEMA limited release of 600. I can't bring myself to open the darn thing, because of value.

Kinda braking the rules but I was looking in my basement and I came across a tote that had some of my brothers toys and this was in it.View attachment 493933
No idea when it was made but it's a Tonka. It's metal on metal.
Are you not allowed in the basement? Which rule did you break?

:P

I was actually getting some older cars and I decided to look in some tote boxes to see if I had any cars. I only have probably 10 double sided cases most of which are empty. I do go in the basement just not on a regular basis. I'll post what I found later.

That SEMA M2 hauler is sweet. At $46 its 3x more expensive than the ones on the shelf at my local walmart. Pricey but not ridiculous in comparison.

Those unknown models look like an emergency Ford Galaxie and a Ford Transit news van to me, @Gotbeefboy564. They may not be branded, but the designs are hardly changed...

Nice HW MG F by the way, looks pretty nice. đź‘Ť

Yeah, normal sets do go for roughly $16 in my area. Nicer chase sets would go for lot more, so while it's no great buy, it is what it is.
Oh wow, it came already? Nice. F-100 looks great. đź‘Ť
Thanks Spacebro. đź‘Ť It was fast, right? L.A. is taking one week to get me my package, stuff from back east is arriving at light speed. Typical.
