For me, that figure made this truck a target, so I was looking all over for this thing. Out of desperation, I was going through the main package, inside the ladder truck box, bubblewraps, etc. I hope my seller can find it!

Bel Air Gasser might've ignited the popularity of these cars. Bel Air Gasser reminds me of the Datsun 510 in that sense. A firestarter./Prodigy

Sorry, no. I didn't even know that they were doing another one. And even if they are, there's a chance that I won't even be able to get one. These guys hold the sale on Tuesday, when all adults on the West Coast is at work, at 9am. I really hate them for that. I miss these sales on a regular basis.

I was convinced I got this on eBay, but it was TTP. I doubt anyone got it cheaper than I did in the secondary market.

Of course, if HWC/RLC was considerate enough to us working stiffs on the West Coast, I'd likely have one loose, one carded for less than the price I actually paid for one.

Update on the TLV ladder truck that lost one of the roof lights in transit + Hino truck which is missing figure: Seller offered me $50, but since the deal was so good to star with, I did the math & proposed that we settle for $30. Still makes it a good deal. I am bummed that we couldn't find the figure though. Really wanted one in my collection.

Even though those figures are a complete pain to get to stand up. That's a real shame.

I'm not a fan of immortalizing the GTR prototype. In my mind, it's the diecast equivalent of all the 15-year-old concept cars lingering in the Gran Turismo games.

It varies. The air small packet option I go for, normally is between one-two weeks. The longest one has taken was 16 days. I'm in country NSW though, it might be quicker for you being in a major city like Melbourne?
