Nice. Ordered that one myself. 👍 The Porsche is one casting I've wanted since I first got into TLV's but some of the prices for the older releases online are ridiculous. So glad that they're releasing it again. :embarrassed:

Ditto! Placed several bids on the silver/yellow Porsches during Japan-Booster's December auction, but fell short of the winning bids.

Judging by the size of that rear over-fender, it's definitely this one:

You can see how small the "bad" one is.

Yeah I'm guessing so.

However, I was referring to the "bad" one as what you're calling the "good" one. :P

It varies. The air small packet option I go for, normally is between one-two weeks. The longest one has taken was 16 days. I'm in country NSW though, it might be quicker for you being in a major city like Melbourne?
Quite possibly it would be quicker but perhaps you're physically closer to glorious Nippon.

Looking at ordering some stuff from there. I've not bought a 'proper' (non HW) diecast in probably a year or more.

Custom Tomica #23 Nissan GT-R

No name customized GT-R. This is apparently the first custom from Thailand using pad printing. Pretty basic and single colour design. The 'A' in Academy is way off. Previous releases from Thailand have been very poor, but the quality of this shows there is a long way to go to match the stuff from Japan.

glorious Nippon.
It's pronounced grorius in Engrish.
You know what those two little letters on the trunk mean? That I'll never own one. Really disappointed this is a TH...
Don't be a drama queen, $80, tops. Before shipping. :P
So these came out at the local toy stores:
They are EVERYWHERE here. I did buy & blog the Mark I Escort, but I'm not touching anything else!

Hahah. I had thought of that but didn't want to seem racist.

Off topic:
My dad has a friend whose half Japanese (Japanese 'war bride' from WWII mother) and she loves poking fun at Engrish and Japanese pronunciation of English. Despite half her family indeed being Japanese. But I guess it's okay haha.

I wouldn't really call it racist. I've seen "Eri" and "Niko" officially used as substitutes for "Eli" and "Nico", but @a6m5 will know more than me :P

I know on here it'd probably be seen as okay as it would only be lighthearted but I still don't know @a6m5 as well as most of you. So I don't know if I'd be overstepping a boundary.

I worry a lot hah.

Hah it's fair enough. I'm probably wrong but as far as I'm aware, an r is used in actual romaji pronunciations, eg. Lancer > Ransa.

That's a month's worth of gas.
It might be couple bucks cheaper, who knows.

P.S. Found your dream error:

That's one perk of being a minority. :P

It's always better safe than sorry. Props to you for being so considerate. 👍

I'm convinced that my people are the absolute worst in the world at speaking English. So bad!
Shinji is fluent in engrish, it's tru
I'm a native Engrish speaker, so yes, very fruent.

"R" is often replaced with pronunciation similar to "L", so maybe not much issue with "Lancer", but Corolla, or Camaro would get interesting. Chevrolet was my favorite(I can't even spell out the way we pronounce it lol).

I'm Chinese, and we joke about pronouncing English words with a Chinese accent. It's hilarious.

Few cars I found at Toys R Us. Will take some pictures of the Johnny Lightning and the Auto World tomorrow.
