Looks like they stole real riders(rubber tires) & put the cars back on the card with cheap mainline wheels, then returned them to the store for refund.
You could clearly see the rivets were drilled out. Hopefully they don't end up back on the pegs.

Making dent it my hot wheels/mincar wishlist that's about a mile long:

Japan Booster, of course.

Turning to crime, so they can put rubber tires on their hot wheel cars. It's as pathetic as it gets.

Those buses!!
Yeah- from Walmart. But they make loads of moolah off suckers like us and pay very little for their stuff, so forget them! :P
No, Andy! Don't you double down!!
I saw the error with the stp logo on the side but it is one of the best Greenlight models that I've bought I think.
This sums up GreenLight for lot of us, I think.

Double down? Double dipping sounds way better. Grab the wheels I need. And then get my money back? FREE WHEELS? New Meta 2017 Let's go!

Also, Great looking JLs. Those 2017 releases, ya?

Those buses!!

I can't get enough of them. I didn't care much for them before but after buying my first one and realizing the detailing and quality, they are a must buy.

i saw you retweet this. Makes the R8 so much more awesomer. I really like this new casting and those GTR wheels take it to another level 👍👍 I might have to try this myself!

I checked amiami once, but they didn't carry these buses. If you are in the U.S., pretty much just eBay you think? I do totally agree. These buses are so neat!

It does look really good. For a second, I thought it looked like that stock, then I read the tweet. What is your twitter handle/name? I didn't realize you were on twitter. 👍

These two arrived.

It had me fooled, I thought it was stock too. Top quality job by whoever did it.

Most of the buses are sold by the bus company's themselves, so I guess eBay is the only option. They aren't cheap to begin with, being between Tomica Premium and TLV prices, and add in eBay markup and I would think its for the diehard fans only.

I don't have a Twitter account. I read your Twitter feed from time to time as you retweet some really cool stuff from Japan. I don't know how to browse Japanese sites, so you selecting some of the posts from Japan is useful to me, thanks!

Arrived just outside of work, nose bled out of nowhere- called in sick, turns out that wasn't such a bad idea:

Huayra and Carrera GT blacklisted off my collection, so if anyone needs this, just let me know!
I'm gonna search for this 5-Pack.
Is it the third in a row with the Huayra?

If only all TLV wheels looked this nice.
For what TLV charge, they should!

Gotcha. Thank you for the info. 👍

Ah, okay. 👍 Yeah, Twitter seems to have lot of Japanese collectors. Another great place was Facebook. Many interesting groups on there, and the best one for me was the Malaysia TLV. Cool bunch of guys.

I'm also on Google+ & Pinterest, but it's much slower for me on there. And of course, GTPlanet, my home base. :D I love how we get little bit of everything in this place.

Much elegance, such JDM;

I wonder what is @a6m5's opinion on this pair of elegant Nii-sans (see what I did there? :sly: )... I like them both, but why do their rear ends remind me of '90s Bentleys? Did Nissan have a love affair for luxurious British cars back then?

Tree'd by GroupB, but I think they look really nice.
Tempted in picking up the new TLV Atlas...
If you don't have one in your collection, I think it would be worth it at MSRP or less.

Those things get me when I see them pop up on AmiAmi. I always forget they do 1/43's as well.
If I was the world president, I'd ban 1/43 scale diecasts, so they can stahp wasting time & get back to more important things, like 1/64. Are we supposed to wait for Maisto to come up with the Mitsubishi Starion casting? Or Matchbox to do the first gen Honda Civic? Hell. No.

They already got beat by Hot Wheels on Honda City. :grumpy:

Nice @Spacegoat! They really do like nice but I think my R34 Skyline Police Car looks better...

I doubt it.

:P
First gen MR2 too, please.
Yes.
Got the mobile investigation version of the R34 sedan. I do regret not picking up the police car, it would have been nice to have with the R33. Really does look great. 👍
I have a very fond memory of that R34 patrol car. I'll never forget the bestest time I had installing the rear spoiler. I hope I get to do one again really soon, it really was my pleasurest.

👍

I got a shock when I opened the R33. Never seen so much DIY stuff inside a TLV box before. Two antenna's, those two red lights for the front and that clear thing across the bonnet. No thank you. I'll just leave it as it is.

I ain't gonna vote for you, jii-san. Your policies are too agressive for this world. Besides, why not just reduce 1/43 production and raise the 1/64 production instead? Some like 1/43 models, you know... :P

You need to put them on. So I wouldn't feel so bad about mine.

No, I'm making 1/64 great again. Well make red hats to mark the occasion.
