I was just paying my amiami invoice & saw this:

amiami order.PNG

I honestly didn't notice that I selected anything with damage/blemish? I guess I could have missed it. It's really dumb, because the item is a duplicate of previous order, where bunch of TLVs & Sparks came in with packaging all trashed. I guess I reordered another one with trashed packaging. :( :dunce:
Thought this was fairly funny but this genuinely does make me want to know, does anyone know where in physical stores I can find some lifts without any cars with them? I haven't seen any at all where it was just the lifts alone and I know they at least used to have them available.
Sorry I forgot to comment on this. I'm pretty sure you can find them sometimes on eBay, but I know you don't do online. I had a spare one, but I gave it to a buddy of mine. If I come across any extras, I'd be more than happy to get one to you, but I have no idea when that might be.
No Michael's in your area?
I've been there, but I've never looked for it. Never crossed my mind.
These are kind of awesome in a weird way.

If they were true 1/64 scale, I'd be pretty excited to see these. But they won't be(it's JL!), so it's a game time decision for me.

Premium WRX looks the goods. Don't mind that mainline Mini either.
Fantasy cars are for de nephews, Jarrod.

Whatever you say. :P

Nice score on the WRX, btw. 👍

At least you know when it arrives damaged, that it's not USPS's fault this time! :dopey:

Too soon? Sorry.

Actually, we have this draft system, right? Three of us pick the cars from 6, 9 cars or whatever I have for them that day & we take turns picking out the cars we want(I go last, because I'm a gentleman). I'm not gonna lie, I think I'm gonna go for the blue one. De nephews dig the animals & dinosaur cars, so I doubt I'll be able to get it, but you never know.

Thank you.

Remember, I'm google satellite map searching your hometown. As we speak, I'm trying to imagine what your car might look like from a satellite. 💡

Thanks for the offer. If I can do it at the time and still need them I'll see if I can do that. I had a pack of five but sold three off to my friend after reserving two. I'd only need one or two but I don't even know if I'm going through with the idea I have. The two I have are already in use.

Always something right?

Ratmobile or bust!

Shouldn't be too hard to find. It's the one made out of blue Lego.

Porsches stay on pegs for little while around here. I wonder if it's a West Coast thing. JDM on the other hand can be tough to impossible sometimes.
Hopefully they release the hardtop sedan as well at some point.

It's all 3D area search in my area now. It's kinda cool. Google rocks.

'81 is still 2nd gen (final year)
You know, leave it up to me to be thinking "80s = 3rd gen but not every year" while I was typing that, and therefore thinking it was just 1980 that was 2nd gen. Happens every now and again to me. But it doesn't help any since 2nd gen is my 2nd favorite.

It's not your fault, it's GM's fault for dragging out a platform for 12 years :D

I'm sure I paid more than that for my Carp Streamer from AmiAmi. That's a good deal.

Here's the catch: They don't ship overseas. After forwarding fee, domestic shipping & international, I doubt it'll stay competitive with what we paid.

I kinda suspected the shipping would make it a little more expensive. No international shipping from that mob though? AmiAmi rocks.

Most Japanese stores seems to shy away from international shipping. Which sucks, because: a) Japan has some neat exclusive stuff. b) Postage rates are dirt cheap from there.

I was under the impression they do ship international. By any chance have you dealt with them before? I'm curious to know if it would be cheaper if I used 829Japan to order stuff.
