I also bought that one today. I will take photos of it tomorrow, on white background.

With the obligatory “Moo” of course...

The Jota is georgous, what a beauty. My only gripe is that the front turn signals and foglights aren't detailed like the R30.

They had some new GreenLight work trucks. There was another cool one, but I'm still undecided on that one.....
What, the Twinkies? I do know they had an announced death at one point, but didn't they return from the candy dead like... well, a dead candy? Unless they just leave and return at will, like that annoying parent who can't quite live for himself...
Died from eating mold covered twinkies!
Next thing you'll be telling me that the Easter Bunny isn't real either!
Imma need you to sit down for second.

Unless they get better distribution(for me, AmiAmi or Japan Booster), pass. They do look nice though. 👍
Walmart got the blue r34 for entertainment series but for $5.47 no thanks.
I paid TEN DOLLARS(shipping included).

There is an authorised reseller for US. I had a browse on eBay to see how much the BMW I bought is worth and this reseller came up. Lamley have an advertisement on their blog. They are selling it for only USD2.00 more than what I paid for mine here in HK, so pretty good deal.

It's around $22 here, since we don't get those on pegs. We have to buy it online or ask someone in the US to bring it here. Got mine around $17 with shipping included though (this is considered cheap here for that car).

Well I guess that's their slogan. "You'll die if you don't eat a Twinkie", but the "don't" immediately falls off after you buy it... Call it killer advertising!

Also, good catch with that Forza set, which car is your favorite? I particularly like the GT, but the classic cars are pretty tasteful... 👍

I spoke too soon about Tarmac. Mr Juicy uses partly waterslide decals. The juicy parts are waterslide while the wordings are printed. This is a Macau Grand Prix event special, and I would have thought Tarmac would go the extra mile, especially given the double price tag. Instead they cheaped out on production. Bad bad and bad. The HWL and Mr Juciy logos on the back left are from the same piece of waterslide as the yellow/green/orange stripes, but, the right front HWL and Juicy logos are printed!?!? Thats cheaping out. Bad bad and bad!

The Mobil1 however, is fully printed. See, they can do! Livery not as nice as the Warsteiner, but a nice compliment to the series.

Manufacturing inconsistency like this sounds like strict production costs. Is their pricing actually as high as you say, or is the distributors asking for more?

They already have the template for those logos. All they have to do is tell the underpaid worker to flip the car over.

Don’t know what the official price is. The reseller (scalper) had to go to Macau and buy these so I would expect the price to be higher than official. But I did pay double the Mobil1 version.

A small but very good haul today.

After missing this the first time I had the chance to buy it, I absolutely could not make that same mistake again. And for an added bonus:

Granted, I do wish that when Mattel changed to a metal spoiler they kept it the same height as the original plastic version, but it's still a winner in my book.

Idk if you guys have these a lot over in your country, but stuff like thes are so rare, glad my sister can get some.

Big W is the only place (at least where I am) that has a decent amount of MBX stock. I'm yet to see either of those though.
