Yeah, Fred Meyer in our area. I never find nothing at this store, so I finally visited just at the right time. Had I shown up there, even just after work, I have no doubt the R34 & Z's would've been gone.

First time I've seen the Alfa casting,also the Subie. Subie looks so much better in person. 👍 I already paid ten bucks on the F&F R34 online, but I didn't say no to a opener. One of the 240Zs were missing one side of the blister, so that's a opener, too.
What do you think about the Z ? How different is it from then mainline regular one?

I wish they could have tampo'd the headlights, but I was actually taken by how much detailing they got on this release. I'm not a fan of this casting, but this particular one, I actually like a lot.

Big haul for me today however what's seen here will be randomly divided up between keepers for me and gifts for other people by way of a coin toss. I also got one other 1:64 but that one will be posted tomorrow since it's going to be an Instagram post if I don't change my mind. If I do then I'll still post about it here.

You know... I swung by Walmart on the way home & they had a boat load of new Matchbox cars. They had like six of those ugly Datsun pickups. No 510/Bluebird. At least I got the Cars & Donuts Z. That was the big one for me.

Mine was lacking pretty bad in Matchbox. Only a couple cars total and they weren't even mainlines. Of the HWs you mentioned I only saw one of the Datsun truck which I only left behind because of a massive tampo slide error. The lowest tampo was on the top of the bed side. Anything that wasn't Retro Entertainment was gone. And out of those I just didn't care enough to look.You know... I swung by Walmart on the way home & they had a boat load of new Matchbox cars. The mainline 240Z also has the rearlights so it's pretty much like the mainline one with new tires and metal base. Same exact detail.Crap load, precisely.
