I opened that TLV wing roof trailer today? What a joke. I knew that it was a plastic trailer, but it doesn't even weigh anything & built cheap. It's still detailed neatly at TLV level, but is this thing $100 nicer than the M2 Machines? Not remotely in my opinion.

P.S. My only post where I actually received comment from the designer himself. :P:embarrassed:
Pure blasphemy.
It's not like it's dead!
So, I can put the tape measure away now?
I'm so scared right now that this is a ***** joke.....

*clicks link*

It's PG. I'm disappointed.

Finally, eh?

Glad I passed out that one, sounds very disappointing. Especially at that price. Here's hoping that the heavy equipment hauler truck is better.

Get your mind out of the damn gutter. For once in your life.

This model is quite amazing. In the packaging it already looks good, but out and free is where it should be.

It’s not so much the casting itself that smacks you in the face but the absolutely flawless fit and finish. As you can see it really is something. This release by Ignition Model makes TLV look like Asian Greenlight (maybe slight exaggeration there :P)

This IS better than the TLV GTR releases. And it’s better than that resin one. I got that one out to use as a prop for taking photos of the Ig and it showed the flaws of the resin car. That has unmatched detail but the finishing is not a touch on the Ig.

Ignition Model has raised the bar for 1/64 scale diecast cars. Their first release has set the new standard. Pricey? Yes, but not so much more than those RLC cars.

I like it. I like it a lot.

New Auto World. Unfortunately the Chevelle has a tire issue. I've contacted AW so we'll see what they say.
That might be the worst "tire issue" I've ever seen.

I want my $130 or whatever back!

That's what your mom said.
Pricey? Yes, but not so much more than those RLC cars.
Or the TLV cars. They are close in prices amirite.
Sounds good. I don't like Rocket Bunny that much so i'll be waiting for their other releases.
Just get one, it's only $68. Or go to eBay and get that one that's $100+!

Which is probably the price i'm gonna get even off ebay

Around here, there is no reseller that I'm aware of. It's all online. Odd, because there are so many Hot Wheels released & sold in this country.

On a roll this week. And I’m suppose to be slowly winding down collecting but instead I seem to be buying more. Anyway I went to the HK toy festival yesterday to preorder the Tiny version of the Hanamidaiaia loader

Looks cool right? Also bumped into these bad boys

The Q car BMWs are neat. The new batch of Civics from Asian Greenlight has shipped but still no sign of the white one, which was promised for mid May. Not opened the blue but I’ve lost interest in them to be honest.

The Inno64 I was totally surprised to see. I didn’t preorder these as I wanted to see what they were like beforehand. Seems Tiny is the distributor for HK. Well, to me, they are what Tarmac released early in their days. Better finish than Tarmacs first attempts.

I did have to go through a few to find good ones as a lot had the water slide stickers applied badly. Not bad for a first release so let’s hope they can improve.

Nice haul, and we really seem to share similar taste in 1/64 cars. :D:tup: Good take on the INNO models, too. I've been wondering about them. Only let down here is how cool Hanamidai looks, and once again, manufacturer go rogue(to my eyes) and chooses not to go 1/64 scale. :grumpy:
K and L case cars but no Target exclusives even though I did find the Maura edition and countach pace car.

Also got a another M2 skyline, lots of red cars in both cases.
I bought that two tone Lambo too, although it will go to my denephew. Our Target doesn't carry M2, because lame.
Give me $130.
You didn't buy the truck, so you already have your $130!
What does that even mean!?
That's the whole point of that joke man. I think.
@a6m5 has taught you well.

M2 was from Walmart some of the hot wheels too.

Ah, okay. Walmart's so awesome for hot wheels & other minicars. If it were up to me, collector days would've transferred to Walmart, not Target & I can't believe Mattel preferred Target over Walmart either, at least not their Hot Wheels people. My guess would be Walmart didn't want to commit to something like that probably(smart).

Sure Targets are a smaller chain but their stores are usually smaller than Wally World and usually less busy in the morning. Didn’t see any left over exclusives/first to market cars. Walmarts in my area are still a case or two behind Target, Meijer is still in 2017 stuff like the yellow AMG GT.

I'm just saying, Walmart is the powerhouse of the market though. At least, generally.
Go use your logic somewhere else.

Do you like it, Jarrod? I made this for you! You like it, right?
Any more recent pre-orders we should know about? :P
No, I don't have any of those. None.
Walmart employs far more people that would ruin it by taking certain cars out of the boxes.
Collectors all around the country, scarred for life amirite.

WANT:

WANT WANT WANT WANT WANT.
Have to learn from the best :lol:
I'm a carrier. Carrier of disease.
Hadn’t noticed that... *goes back for refund* :P

Be interesting to see the differences between them.
I'm sorry about that. Still very cool model.

Not quite sure what to make of it but yes, I do like it.👍
It's Spock! Logic! Rationale! Braves hat!
Party. Pooper.
I lie, I probably have one. One preorder.
You've got a blog and a Twitter account. You are a6m5 Jr.👍
More like a6m5 Turbo. I have NEVER worked at that kind of pace. Only time I put up that much post was when I was just posting bunch of my old pics.

Well, in my country, the demand for Hot Wheels are really strong. Idk how a lot of people could get the RLC Car Culture set in here. I can also be able to get some HK exclusive cars if i want to (with a price, but considering the prices of some Hot Wheels in here, i'd say it's not that expensive).

Waiting for the in-depth review of the Inno64. I ordered the white, black EF and the EG9 Zippo & Advan. Hope it's worth it

Anyways, finally cracking this open. Looks great apart from bits of decals being botched up but it's expected from this brand. Still gorgeous though.

Maybe it's a cultural thing. Hot Wheels collecting is pretty strong here too, but "hobby" stuff in general doesn't have much presence here, at least not locally.
Saw that on AmiAmi a little while ago, it does look cool. But pass, for now at least.
It's even older than my childhood Bigfoot, but I think it looks even better.
That would be you.
Braves cap is illogical. :P
They are #1 in the division! Soon they'll be back on top in the league! How many young rebuilding team can say that!? :embarrassed::P
It's Bigfoot, isn't it?
Nope!

They usually do better on the premium stuff.

I haven't heard of a single fellow Slovenian 1/64 scale collector apart from one who abandoned it and focused on 1/43rd instead. It's mostly 1/18 here for collecting, everything else is mostly thought of as a toy really.

For all I know I am a pioneer. :P

Did you see that Citroen XB4 or whatever that Japanese seller on eBay had? You probably already have one. It's really cool, but I couldn't justify $9 shipping on one car.

Ooh, I didn't see that and I am missing that one still. Regardless I think I'll pass this time as I've already spent too much this month and the Citroen series isn't that difficult to get a hold of (famous last words).

Fun fact, the Citroen BX is the first car I remember my dad owning. It broke down a lot supposedly, but I always thought the hydropneumatic suspension was cool.
