I'm not as bothered with the Porsche, but I totally agree about the Martini livery that many identify the car with. With the pics we've seen, I'm happy with the car. But if it actually looked like this?, I'd pay $20 for that. I'm making a point, but I really would.

F40's one of my favorite exotics, if not the favorite, and I'm also very happy with how that hot wheels car came out with the exception of that Skyline Silhouette paint job. It looks so wrong to me, I probably wouldn't get it. I could go with white, black, silver, probably, but all red would've been a home run. They should totally do old red & black Skyline though.

Don't get me wrong, if you are OK with it, more power to ya. I don't want to sound hypocritical as I'm most definitely buying the Porsche. F40's highly doubtful though.

I totally don't think they look terrible or anything, and I'll definitely be buying them if I come across them. It's just that I wish they'd cater a bit more to people who want them as replicas of real cars they like.

Is beautiful! I knew that Imai was going to this car sooner or later. I can't wait to get this car. Hot Wheels is showing some old school JDM love here, which is awesome. I hope Jun is also thinking of doing the KE70 Corolla wagon and coupe, Crown, more AE86's and the Mk3 Supra Turbo from Toyota. Some HNR31 and DR30 Skylines and a Honda S500/600/800 would be great to see as well. Seeing a MkIII Supra and R31 GTS-R in HW would be great.

And when are they gonna make more R34 Skylines as well? And can't forget the BCNR33 GTR and Mk4 Supra !

Ah the good old pink interior Miata . I cherish that car when I had it a long time ago, i even had two of them, great memories!

Well frankly i live much further away, so i couldn't even if i wanted to. You know this may seem crazy but i really think they should bring the miata back on the mainline because i honestly like that car as a hot wheel.

Yes, they should, the Miata was a hit along with several cars that they discontinued. They should bring back NA1 and do the NB and NC MX5/Miatas.

Yep spreading that Aussie car love! Man I can't get enough of these cars. I have only the Ford Falcons, the old school XB and the V8 Supercars Falcon (newer one). Don't have a Holden/HSVs though , I gotta find that Ute. But I hope they will make some Toranas, Moranos, Commodores and VK Wilkinshaws.

Seems like the exciting stuff is coming out later this year. That Ferrari F40... Anyways, some new Hot Ones that would be of interest.

I know right? I'm not feeling that two tone look on a F40. On a 300ZX Z31 or a C4 Vette yeah, but not that much on a Ferarri. I'll have to take a look at it closely at the stores though.

Actually, Waremart/Cub Foods/Winco, they are my favorite grocery store, but I found this promotional Express Lane on toypeddler website. I think it was $7.99 or something like that with shipping. I also have two standard ones I got from eBay auction, I think for around five bucks. I want to say it was a orange one & a red one. I'm probably gonna have to open one up. Thanks again!

When it comes to promotional vehicles, they usually come with the promotional vehicle and a randomly picked mainline to go with it. I have two promotional vehicles and my brother has one and they were all like that.

Yea i like the Miatas! I got this one because it had my favorite color yellow on it and it also had basic wheels (which they don't use as much anymore), not to mention the pink interior. My mom made the comment it looks kind of like a barbie car. I can kind of see that.

Well they didn't exactly discontinue it, they just haven't made anymore yet. If they did, they would have put it in the "Final Run" series because thats what they usually do.

Tomorrow after work I have to come right home to do a race I have set up on GT5, but after that I am going Hotwheels hunting and plan on hitting 11 Wal-Marts in the area. Yes, I said 11 Wal-Marts. My chances of finding new stuff is high actually as reports are going around about new dump bins at said Wal-Marts. Also, it'll be night time and the restock pallets will be on the floor so hopefully some Hotwheels boxes will be on them. Fresh boxes = Treasure Hunts.

Express Lanes weren't worth very much(I got two for less than $5 including shipping), so I'm not worried about it. Any cars I open, packaging's in the trash within seconds.

Yep out of all of the Miatas that Hot Wheels ever produced, this one stands out with a bang though, and no wonder people say that a Miata is a girl's car .

But regardless, I love this one, gotta find it again soon. Have you seen the same yellow and pink Miata, but with lime green wheels? I think R1600 has one, if I remember, he did post a pic of it before.

Went to the mall and a few stores just to look around today with family and even though my parents are onto my collection, I just have to be more crafty to get some cars back . I've finally found the Gran Torino Talledega at the Mall and the Red Mica STi, Focus RS and BMW Z4M GT2 in black (finally) at Walmart , but no SRT GTS and the orange ACR yet , but one of the stockers would keep an eye on the SRT Viper for me and will store them for me whenever I go back, which is a good thing.

Totally wasn't expecting what he sent. I thought it was going to be a reg. hunt or something of similar value. I actually didn't even notice there was a loose car in the box, let alone a redline! It was wrapped in bubble wrap and I thought it was just padding.

And paws off my first decent redline!

I've been slacking on customs. It's been pretty damn humid around here for any painting though.

I've been checking my local Fred Meyer stores(Kroger chain), but still no go on those Speed Mystery things. 👎 They had buy 1, second 1 half off, so I did buy a couple. Also found Maisto F1 I've been looking for + '70 Mercury Cyclone that was actually done right. You can't tell by my crap photo, but it's a beauty! Came close to Larry's Garage T-Bucket, but I passed because it wasn't PERFECT.

There are so many ghetto Boulevard & other premium cars out there, I really find the Hot Wheels hit & miss. Maybe it's for the best, because if all these Hot Wheels didn't have weird paint jobs, I'd probably be out excessive amount of spending money every month.

Stopped by Walmart on the way home from working on my car. I noticed that the matchbox section finally got the BMW Z4. Unfortunately, I only had two 10 dollar bills and one 1 dollar bill. Didn't want to use any of the ten dollar bills, so...I gave up on it.

This is membership little of everything(mostly crap lol) store. They still carry Vintage Racing, minus most good ones. Yeah, I haven't seen Garage, or Larry's Garage series anywhere else for sometime!
