Technically what his mom is doing is not allowed. ;)

Just glad they don't live in my area.

Over heard a collector at the meet last night say he had found 48 of one of the TH's from this year. Gee, why not leave some for the rest of us...

The hungrier dog wins. He probably traveled to numerous cities... or he was partially BS-ing that and bought some off eBay. You know when you make big calls like that, you inflate your ego, and when you do, you can't look inferior to anyone. :P

Yeah, somebody at the store going through the stock, cherry picking, then leaving the crap left for the customers, that is bad news for us, collectors. There really isn't anything we can do about it though, unless there is a store policy against doing that or something.

Turbo, maybe you can help me out. Where's the best place for me to go to get the Bentley, Countryman WRC, AE86, Mclaren GTR and (most importantly) the TH Ducati? Is there such a one-stop shop in AZ? I'm in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

I've not seen any of those cars recently and I'm expecting the Ducati to be a particularly rare bird.

The TH Ducati is not going to be in stores anymore, so you'll have to get one over the internet or at a local Hotwheels meet. There's one at the Denny's on 24th & Northern, they meet up on the first Thursday of every month.

For the Bentley, check various Fry's in your area. The Countryman AE86 are 2013 cars just hitting stores, but you'll mainly find them at Wal-Marts. The McLaren is part of the Decades assortment that can only be found at Wal-Mart.

With Ducati, chances are, eBay or Toy Peddler, even with the shipping will be much, much cheaper than how much it will cost you in your time & gas.

Rest of the cars, I see from time to time at many stores, especially Walmart.

I don't really care anymore anyway..

Yeah, I've accepted that I probably won't ever find any THs in Missisauga stores. Now I just keep an eye out for castings I've been looking for, cars with wheels I want, or new cars.

Some pics of my latest purchases for you.

Very good Ben! The Matchbox are awesome, specially the anniversary replicas and the Westminster wagon. And the Real Rider Cobra, top notch car there.

And I had never seen the Tricar with a bluenose/wing. Odd!

Bah, a '13 $uper Falcon.

I'm digging the Matchbox Fiat Abarth and Porsche 935(?) too, those are nice. 👍

I couldnt believe it when I saw the Falcon. I just had to have it. I know I have something special when Cano has never seen it. What have you brought lately Cano?

She usually doesn't take them all. She only takes one or two at the most and leaves the rest for everybody else.

Well, I still get to hate her, because this is a free country. :P

Edit: Your name mean "new type"?

Is that a Zamboni, and do i see Micro machines Harry? :D

Great to see the Abarth and Porsche again ben, brings back fond memories. 👍

 My post count (944) has just reminded me of MB's red Porsche 944 (such a clean cast) and the awesome silver Majorette 924.

Wrong thread, noob!

Just you wait till I get into the R/C thread with them, I've got lots of pics - for now they're 1/43 Mini Diecast cars. Bonus: we can drive them!

Harry, that Firebird isn't the Boulevard, is it? I have one, but yours look cooler, somehow.

I bought 4 of them - two were black, so one was given away to a neighborhood collector.

Here are the other colours I have :

That belongs to my packaged display:

And here's another variation:

And the whole package - which will answer your question better:

My apologies for the tardiness in replying, a6m5, - I have to make time to get on here. As for the wall of cars - yes, that's mine - I'll provide some better pictures soon.

If anybody is curious about the Zamboni - here's some more info:

And this is why we come to SVX's thread; HWC.com wouldn't dare show what I'm showing.

Haha - I see I couldn't fool the good DVA Doctor with those 1:144s. Yes, they're Micros. Another passion of mine.

Nice. 👍

 the Doctor recognises the Micro symptons Harry, and his assessment is that "The Doctor approves". 👍

I picked up a Matchbox Porsche 914 last night and man is that little thing nice!
Painted head/tail lamps, two piece chrome and black bumpers, and factory looking wheels.
It's seriously one of the nicest MBs I've had in a long time.

Hyper-hoarding, here we 🤬 go!

Known about the 918 for a while. ;) (Think I've seen it somewhere too...couple months ago?)

I went through the lists at 1-stop-diecast for the C & D cases and the only things that stand out for me are the R34, the 350Z and the NSX. Pretty boring year so far. :indiff:

I just got around to finally putting up the pictures of what I got Saturday evening at the flea market.

First off are my duplicates I picked up.

The two 911 GT-1s are from my childhood and wanted some to keep packaged. The C-Classes SC400s, and Beetle Cups are a few that I was after, so I got what he had. And I also bought all the R32s he had strictly for selling/trading.

All the little wonderful Ferraris he had there on the left. Maelstrom, Greased Lightnin', and the Vulture Roadster were also from when I was younger. I'm a sucker for Rigor Motor and the colors on that one were very close to the Dark Riders version I'm still looking for. And I just liked the little Deuce because it was ZAMAC.
There's a very valuable clear red wing variation on that Holden, but sadly mine isn't it.
But I did find the semi-valuable maroon interior variation of the Tee'd Off
An uncommon green/5SP Challenger that I bought because the one I already have is open.
And a bit more valuable HSC Concept with FTEs.

A super cool and realistically low IndyCar lookalike. First edition Deora II for selling/trading (sadly not the 5SP variation). GT made me get the Suzuki GSX-R/4. A Dark Riders Silhouette II for my fist step to completing that series. A super cool Crooze Batmobile. And a first edition Dairy Delivery.
Low Flow, the RS6 Avant and 914 are Dollar General purchases after the flea market.

Others including a very cool VW drag car, a Cougar for the wheels and Stephen King's Christine.

And these here are what my girlfriend got.

Only the Batmobile at the top is from Dollar General.
