eeewwww speed machines. I loathe that series.

Yeah, I don't really like the series (perhaps for the price) but since I want that yellow 599XX and the GR-1, Speed Machine is the only way...

 I don't dislike the speed machines, but I never really looked at them either. What I didn't like was the blue F40. Nooooo.

That blue F40 was a damn... I wish it was in plain looking, without those stupid tampos. Since that's the last and with half the original price - why not

I have yet to see "one" Back to the Future DeLorean in stores. I'm so glad that I shelled out $10 for three of them. I usually hate scalping, but had I not, I'm convinced that I'd never have been able to find one in person to buy!

Went to the store and just had to pick up this 240Z by Maisto.

Got the same car for my nephew a few months ago, in yellow. It was at Costco(high volume discount shop thingie), I think for $10.

I think for $10.

You guys are so lucky in the US, you get palettes stacked to the ceiling of 1:18 Maisto's for $10 when here in rip off Britain people charge up to £35 for them! I saw that 240Z in cream colour a while back, nice model but I decided to buy a black SLS merc.

Robin.

I google photo searched "costco maisto 1/18" and saw this:

That was about right, but little bit more, and definitely more variety.

Love your little collection $miglo, especially the CLK DTM.

Loving the GT40 in IM5's picture. MPower's mini + series of 510's nice. 👍

Thanks. I love my Datsun's! :dopey:

I've bought some more over the past week from Target and Toys'r'us. I was actually pretty pissed at the cashier from Target. She literally threw every single car into the bag. :grumpy:

Have both DMC's now. WOOT!

I went crazy when I saw the Corolla with the Civic Si. It was a must for me.

BTW, are the photo's too big? I can resize them if you guys want.

I wish I wasn't stuck on the PS3 internet, i'd show you guys the original Matchboxes. I have a whole cabinet filled with them and a closet full of those bigger, plastic models that dealerships got before the new cars took delivery to show customers. I forgot what they called them.

dude, go to a café if you must but I want to see those promos and Lesneys!

And due to M-Power's post, I'm astounded as to how delayed the new HWs are over here. The Time machine just hit the pegs but not at supermarkets, but department stores where they cost almost usd 2. We have yet to see the M3 here, let alone the S2000 :indiff:

Y'know what, I've finally brought mine here to the apartment....

*goes line up a couple rare Hot Wheels products he has...*

TECHNICALLY Hot Wheels products, though they're not part of the die-cast line. Had 'em since I was a kid, both Classic and Race Stripe.

Absolutely awesome. 👍 :D Randy

I'll take a few more of some of the monster trucks I've collected over the years later. A lot from the old Matchbox range.

Sorry to hear. Don't want to rub it in, but Target here is currently selling Hot Wheels for 79 cents instead of 99 cents. But, if it makes you feel any better I haven't seen any Treasure Hunts, yet. :(

My Toys'r'us here gets a shipment every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and there's also an older gentlemen who collects his Hot Wheels from here as well, so I have some competition!

They'll come soon, I've seen some of the members of the mexican club with those already, but they are in other parts of the country. They can't be far away from hitting here. And I just found the 1965 GTO regular treasure hunt. It's horrible, but it's got opening hood and metal base, the DeLorean and some new Matchbox cars that are insanely good... a Lambo Miura, for God's sake.

Also, I've been restoring a trio of cars for the club's monthly custom contest, I'll show you pretty soon, it's been a lot of work, but well worth it.

I got a bit more cars just didn't have much time to make a good photo and upload it, I will sort this out

We get them at about 1.60 - 1.75€

👎:grumpy:
I have seen them for about 1.40€ somewhere, but that's a bit further away.

Looking forward to it. 👍
I've want to restore some cars as well, but I have no clue where to start.

Thanks!! :)

Please do post them when you get a chance. BTW, I just bought a 10 pack today just for the CLK DTM that came in it, lol. That's the last 10 pack I buy for a while, though. Too expensive for wanting just one car...

Will post when I can.

Wow, that's expensive. That's about double the price. I wonder if that's common around most of Europe.

It's the same in Austria. Or at least in the stores I've been...
And Hungary.

Here in the UK its a rip off, the cheapest they are is £1 ($1.60) and they all seem to short cards so your even getting screwed out of that extra bit of cardboard! Buy two are your loosing a whole extra car in tax :yuck:
