Bought this last month, didn't even know it was a TH until I saw a listing labeling it so:

Prototype+H-24+(hw+racing+blue).jpg

That's the 2nd TH I found unknowingly!

Those of you that like and or want the Wal-Mart Ford Truck can get one now, just keep an eye out for this with the "Juke Box" cars:

As far as I was aware, I was the only one to post that truck in this thread. Thanks a lot, Mattel!

Is it a Super TH then?

Maybe a chase car, not sure as they are just starting to hit the pegs. Remember check the Juke Box cars that are not on the main pegs, these sell for $1.97.
Ah, got it. 👍 It's weird how they come on standard card though.
I've yet to see those. I still can't get over how Hot Wheels couldn't be bothered to detail the headlights for mainline, but they will for how much ever more these F&F line cost.

:0 obviously that isn't gonna reach Mexico, so please Jason, could you keep your eyes peeled for one or two? (: it looks awesome!

EDIT: "error real rider". Wtf.

Is that for real?

Hard to say. Rivets look untouched but it is possible to change the wheels without drilling the car. I personally don't know the exact procedure though. Seeing as the seller is from Malaysia, could be a factory error that someone snuck out in their lunch box.

OK, so my VIP(Very Important Purchase) from Hong Kong is showing this on USPS tracking.

Available for Pickup

Should I be worried? I'm in Oregon(opposite side of the country). Scan previous to this is this " Arrival at Unit
May-06-13, 02:44 AM, PORTLAND, OR 97223", which seems legit.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Or factory produced error. Same guy who produced our bootleg Super TH Toyota 2000GT. Cano, 2000GT, do you have it? :P

The 2000GT's were legit, just snuck out of the factory and sold earlier than they were supposed to. ;)

But I would agree that this might be "produced" by one or more employees with connections on the same assembly line.

Regardless, I wonder if stuff like this goes on much. If I worked there, they better keep an eye on me. :P

Edit: Jason would be creating his dream error cars.

How about a series with nothing but JDM cars. I think that would sell like hotcakes....

I can picture this happening soon. Like you just said, people are into the JDM cars from the 70's up to the 90's, even newer Japanese cars as well. And even the Euro cars and Aussies are getting some love also.

When I was little in the late 80's and the 90's collecting HWs and MBs, the only type of cars that HWs produced were mostly fantasy cars, muscle cars (but not all of them), trucks and SUVs (same thing with the muscle cars) and a JDM, AUDM, Euro and Supercars here and there (i.e. Ferraris, 300ZX, SL500, C-Class, 3 Series, Holden Commodore.)

But MB and the other brands had more of US, Japanese and European cars and trucks, with the occasion of a Aussie car in the mix. Even though I loved Hot Wheels to death, but everyone else had a great lineup of cars that I loved to see made by HW.

And look at HW in the 2000s Era cars, I'm seeing more JDM, Euro, Supercars, Racecars, different types of US muscle cars and trucks and even concepts are growing! But the hardest ones to find today and in the early and mid 2000s were either JDM or European from what I've seen when visiting stores.

So if HW does a JDM series and a Euro series similar to what they have done with the Muscle favorites (Muscle Mania's GM, Ford and Mopar) just picture a Import Speed series having Hondas, Nissans, Toyotas, Subarus, Mitsubishis and Euro Speed series with BMWs, Mercs, Aston Martins, Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, Renaults, Citroëns and McLarens!

I would buy them and their recolors instantly!

You should totally get the one with "Honda" on the side. If you don't, you aren't a true collector. It's only $75 on 'Buy it now'. Do it.

I guess I won't ever be a true collector then. Because I ain't dropping $75 bucks on a single car.

Shinji, The other TH I bought unknowingly was my first TH: Studebaker Avanti.

Also, don't be worried about where your stuff is. I have something coming from California that just arrived in Vancouver, the west side of Canada, where I'm situated north of NY.

You'd figure they head directly to your house, but they've probably got their system so just let them do their job. One time I've had something from the East Coast get sent to Vancouver and then come back towards the east.

They're doing it on purpose. You'll just have to get one now...

I want to think Kakashi didn't know/remember of what happened with mine. The other two sobs are indeed doing it on purpose and should burn in hell lol.

Yeah I'll have to get another one sooner or later. The damn thing hasn't shown up with a decent price tag.
