P.S. Thanks for the compliments on my cars guys. :cheers: And Kakashi, I don't know if TL Lambos are still on eBay, but they used to have 2 or 3 of them on there for $25+. I didn't even want to pay that!
 
Hi guys! This is my first post in this thread and I've been getting into my old hot wheels models recently. I solemnly regret giving away close to 250 of them to my House Keeper's son...Anyway, could you help me identify this? I haven't been able to find anything like it on the web.

I got it as part of a HW train set that was recalled and I kept this little guy.

It's ten minutes from my house and i get there one a week. I'll check next time. I grabbed the boulevard set green porsche 914-6 loose for $2.80 (60% off from $7.00)
 
Hey DiabolicPanda, if you find a Fish'd n Chip'd in spectraflame aqua (not blue), any or all Shelby Cobra Daytonas as well as any Bone Shakers, can you grab those for me please?

Got some cars at the market today. I got a DC Comics hot wheels set as well as a blue WRX and a single Falken Cuda. Ill get some pics of them for you when I can be bothered to take them.

I know he has Fish'd n Chip'd because I was looking at a couple of the Wayne's Garage versions. I'll check for the exclusive you're after. :sly:

I think I bought his classics Bone Shakers when they were 40% off. He's closing his booths and the % off keeps going up. Anymore past 60% off and they'll all be gone. He has several RLC club cars and chase cars from the classics lines that were originally $20-30 in his case and now they are $8-12... crazy
 
Decided to stop by my local Walmart on the way to work on my car. Thinking that there wouldn't be much new, but I'd at least grab a F&F Supra and another 2000GT. But instead I came across three plastic bins in place of the old cardboard dump bin (The previous dump bin must have had someone lean on it since it was sunken). Looked in the three bins and found cars going back to 2003! And got these! :D


Funny enough I was charged 75 cents for ONE of the 8 cars. :lol:

@ Cano -- Definately saw Beach Bomb Too and several of the Convoy Customs. I only had a small amounnt of cash on me otherwise I'd have bought them! I ended up buying 8 cars for $9.07.

Yeah I don't get how they randomly receive cars that old. I got a 2007 card a month ago just like that.

Nice grabs though. I forgot the Countach Toon exists. I should grab me one of those.

Definitely want to go back there and go searching, but being on a busy Saturday afternoon. I felt quite awkward just standing around rummaging. >_>

I was taking almost every one off the shelf 2 nights ago - got a few looks, but I didn't care. Needed to find that oh-so special one :P

I cant believe that they still have cars far back to 2003 still in stock! That's a find right there. I only seen cars back to 2010 before, but......

And Kevin, if you see more F&F Supras, can you pick up two for me?

If you don't mind can you see if they carry any Viper ACRs, Skyline GTR R34s, GTR R35s, Veyrons, Audi TT-S, Bluebird 510s, Lancer Evo Xs, Impreza WRX STis, Corvette ZR1s, Hako and Kenmeri Skylines and 911 GT2s, McLaren F1s, EP3 Civics, yellow S2000s and Mucielago LP-670SV a from Hot Wheels?

And any 911 GT3RSs, SLR McLarens, Viper GTSs, Viper RT/10s, 911 GT1s, Caterham R500 Super Lights, Toyota Supras, Lotus Evoras, Lotus Exiges, F-150 Raptors, Corvette ZR1s and Honda Type Rs from Matchbox?

People that don't collect anymore. Easy way to get rid of them, don't even need a receipt. Happens all the time.

Stores should really not accept any returns past 30-days unless it has some warranty which toy cars obviously don't. It breeds terrible shopping ethics. Costco is notorious for accepting returns even a whole year later.

I doubt it was that. They probably found some old back stock and just decided to throw it into a bin to get rid of it.
