It's a $.97 car. You just don't get many opening hoods on basic Hot Wheels anymore. Many cars that had them, no longer do. And only those that would really cause an uproar if they were changed still have them. ('67 Camaro, Shelby Cobra, etc)

I just remember that being done pretty well on that car and am disappointed to see it go away.
But I can't say it surprises me at all. It does surprise me however, just how many cars in recent years have lost features; especially ones they were known for.

Cano rant about this in 3...2...1

Even more so because the yellow Moon version, it's coolest livery ever, was the one that started the no-dettachable body thing.

Altough they're barely the same car.

And of course the now famous no-motorcycle-in-the-back 1955 Chevy Panel.

is a welcome addition.

Oh the agony of the Ford panel!
And I didn't even know a Moon livery existed of the Ground FX. ME WANT.

The '56 Merc still has an opening hood I think.

The Nitro Doorslammer had that back drag-frame thingie that folds out from underneath the car. It was taken out in the 2013 castings. Probably because no one noticed it!

It has/had wheelie bars? I never knew. Hell I don't even remember if I have one. I don't like it. the Pro-mod style wheelies also has deployable wheelie bars.

Car's too organic to be a '70 Mustang, man. That and the shape of the front is precisely why I suggest a '15 Mustang.

Kyosho 1:64 BMW Z4 M Coupe Motorsport:

I prefer plain body race cars. Not only Kyosho makes bad decals (for 1:64s), but also the true beauty is hidden by those overlapping racing liveries and sponsor decals.

Damn, that's sweet too. 👍 Don't know though, think I prefer the plain body version. (Especially in Black)

If I was you RCK, I'll get them ALL!!! I can't even chose which one I want.:eek:

How much do they cost in USD for the whole sets?

240 USD for each set, since I calculated 10 USD each model and there are 24 of those in a set.

And chances are, that there is a chase car in each of them. But they are slim, as 1 in every 10 sets have 1 chase car.

Let's see, I want:

Isetta (for a gentleman I know who has one)
320i
M1
M6
MAZDA SET
SL65 Black Series
Murcielago Super Veloce
Diablo JLOC
ALL PORSCHES

Your grape jelly will be mine soon (:

Also, Andy, I managed to land a trade for the Road Racers COPO Corvette with another guy here in Mexico, for two HW Racing Muscle cars, the Olds Aurora and the 65 Mustang. Only missing the Porsche 935 now.
