Two cars came this week. :D

I usually can't justify spending $25 for one car, but I will definitely be getting another 240Z to open.
As for the Porsche...

Nice, that Datsun looks sliiiiick.

I got these in the mail today. Two great batches that I really love. Sad to see the Boulevard's go. Can't wait to crack these open.

Also, I might be getting someThing maileD next wEek which I have been wanting for awhile...I'm cautiously optimistic.

Good thing I don't like RL wheels because I can't justify spending $5 for wheels like those. I guess it's just a nostalgia thing.

Trade you my Retro Entertainment BTTF Delorean or Footloose VW Beetle for the 308 GTS?

BTW I also got a second F&F Nissan R34 if anyone wants and/or needs one.

Well the HWC releases are limited too, the 240Z is 3500 made total so it may seem expensive now but may be easy to get at least a return investment in the future.

Anyway, I need to make a display for my Madd Propz. Got 18 of them now...

No. There's a guy on HWC that made a shadowbox display for his, looked like a butterfly display at first glance. Might try and find that thread again and send him a message. I'd be willing to pay for him to make another one.

So it's a canvas with a glass cover. I take it the RIBBA frames don't have enough depth for the propellers?

Anyway, let me take this time to say that the '58 Plymouth Belvedere casting is BEAUTIFUL.

I still need to make more trays to store these things. I can't begin to imagine holding onto these for 10 years only to find out they chipped paint off each other in the trays I currently have even though they never moved around.

Christine. :)

The designers said there was no influence from the movie. I totally disagree. Just needs some dark tinted windows and some LED headlights. ;)

I'm keeping this one, but if I see another I'll let ya know. The 308 GTS is probably the one I looked forward to most in the new Retro batch :D

18? You're Madd. :sly:

Yes it is. Nice photo.

240 USD for each set, since I calculated 10 USD each model and there are 24 of those in a set.

And chances are, that there is a chase car in each of them. But they are slim, as 1 in every 10 sets have 1 chase car.

$240 dollars!!!!

Seems outrageous, but for 24 cars, which three cars are in different colors. Sounds like a offer you can't refuse right there. :)

If I had the money, that BMW, Mazda, Mercedes and the Lambo set would be my top buys of the group.

But do they have Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi and more manufacturers? Wished they sold them here in the States. :(

Man, can't wait for mine to come.

I can't wait to get one, period!

R1600Turbo
Meet finds. $8 spent.

Nice. How many of the 993 GT2 were there? And how much did you pay for yours?

I thought Daboxtoys plans to distribute Kyoshos in the U.S.? Here in the Philippines, Kyoshos are hard to come by too; luckily for me though, I have a friend whose wife lives in Japan hence he sells Kyosho 1:64s for a living.

Then that hobby store where I also bought some of them, they just got those Kyosho sets from another source, not sure if it is from HK or Japan.

Kyosho did a couple of Nissan Skyline GT-R sets already, and then there's the Honda set (with that hard to find NSX Type R NA1 that costs 30 USD today). Haven't seen a Subaru nor a Mitsubishi set (except for the BRZ 3-car set).

Alfa Romeo, Italian car collection and British car collections are interesting sets too, where the McLaren F1 is sought after.

Then there's also The Circuit Wolf set (which I'm DYING to get)

Oh, Kyosho also released this:

Competition from Greenlight, perhaps...

Gorgeous 993's, guys.
(So full of jelly that i may have to acquire one)

[EDIT]

R1600, that butterfly display looks awesome, if i had more Madd Propz, i'd try and do one myself. (one of my favourite HW's casts).

Not 100% sure. Might have to ask Cano.

Looks like a Zamac . . . but I could be wrong. It's the only one I have, and unopened as yet.

I know this one isn't a 'zamac': :D

Oh! Goody! A FE Zamac. Just what I need. :D

Packaged, too, to keep me traumatized. Obviously the Generale is going to yell at me to open it up.

Daboxtoys sells this today at 30 USD:

30$....?

I got a 1:64 kyosho NSX-R in championship white for 15$,new. MIB.

While my kyosho 1:43 NSX-R was 88$. worth it.

But i have the nurburgring test vehicle version, The Production NSX-R model 1:43 is going for 115$.

next up,I will purchase the Auto art 1:18 Championship white NSX-R  to complete the old school NSX-R collection.

I do not like the Kyosho 1:18 NSX casting, it has not been updated since the 90's. literally.
