Just found an auto world chase car in an open box at walmart. Guess whoever went through it missed the chase car.
I don't keep up and actively collect auto worlds. How are the chase models different?

All those points are valid, but for me, once I learned the discipline of how all those things operate, it barely slow me down anymore, and I can't remember the last time I was frustrated with it. I actually love how simple & efficient TTP searches are, and often are frustrated with the eBay search engine that tries to outsmart me, and actually get in my way sometimes. Their search filtering to me is a pain in the rear.Well for starters, I can't search for a member using the search bar. I actually have to keep track of their names via watching.
Listing pages don't have a link to the seller's inventory. It would be super convenient - and intuitive at this day and age - to have hyperlinked seller names in the listings. Normally, you could browse an item, back up a page and click on the seller's name in your search results, but I can't do that if you linked me those Madd Propz for instance.
As for specific search terms, it's unable to generate results because it's not "smart" enough to lenient with terms, words or spelling. Although the casting name is written as '63 T-bird, it gives me nothing. If I do 1963 T-Bird or 63 T-Bird, I get results. This can become an issue if you run into other castings that are named in a particular way.

I just use the broad searching terms, then skim thru them fast.^ This alone stops TTP from finding (quite possibly half) the stuff you're looking for.
Latest eBay purchase. When I say latest, I mean I ordered it almost a month ago and it finally arrived this afternoon. And yes Shinji it does have a spare wheel in the back.

It is kind of crazy how I found that one the way it was because I had a wild fantasy of finding a redline like that recently and then that one showed up! If it had been that Corvette you were thinking of, I would have gotten it no matter what. That Corvette I saw may not be worth much especially in it's condition, but honestly I am still thinking about getting it since I have always wanted to restore an old redline and that one is perfect for a restoration.Bleh, don't buy it. This castig is common as chips. It might be a redline but it had several more appearances later on as you may know. If it isn't in good shape it isn't worth it as it's not a redline-exclusive casting. At least not if it's more than $1, lol. When you said redline Vette the one that popped to my mind was the 68 release, which is ultra-rare. Don't get that one.
I literally had a hard time sleeping last night after reading this comment! The price wasn't too expensive at all, like I said all the vehicles I seen in that glass display were between $4 to $8 and that Show Hoss was somewehere around there. To be honest if I had known his Show Hoss was difficult to find I probably would have gotten that 442 later, but that 442 had been sitting there since I went to get that Custom Police Crusier and that Seasider back in June of 2012 (possibly longer) and I had wanted it ever since. What is a good price for this? If it's in the same range as the other cars you bought, sorry but you should have taken the Hoss and leave the 442 behing, the Show Hoss is quite difficult to find. How much for that?
Good question. I wish I had took some time to look at it more. I picked it up and I remember it saying Mongoose on the base but I don't remember the price or if it was a redline. I was there less than a minute at the glass display so I didn't have time to thoroughly look through everything. Also, red Mongoose. Redline? How much?
I still don't know who Shinji is, but I must say, the car is super cool. I need it. :tup:Latest eBay purchase. When I say latest, I mean I ordered it almost a month ago and it finally arrived this afternoon. And yes Shinji it does have a spare wheel in the back.
I wasn't quite ready, but would it be cool with you if I just pay for the cars I have now? Unless you have extra zamac 240Z laying around.Anyone that has cars waiting to be shipped from me, would be nice if they disappeared in the next week or two.
I will just have to look at it next time I go back.Red Mongoose = redline. You should have seen if it was cheap. Also I don't think you'll find the Show Hoss. The 44s was there all along because it is pretty common, but the Show Hoss will go away soon.
That would be el fantastico! Anything else you are selling I might want?I don't, but I could get one friday.
No it doesn't. I checked, remember?
