Lol. Only thing I'm mildly jelly about is the Thunderbird $TH. The Fiesta picks my curiosity, but I don't know if my jelly. Everything else I have or wouldn't touch with a 10-foot-pole.

Like the FR-S you hate and still bought? I dont collect old cars but I dont bad mouth them either.

Edit: that chase car I bought for $6 has completed listings on eBay for over $30. :D

Wat. I haven't even seen the Breezefreeze, it hasn't touched down here. And when it does I won't buy it, ew  remember, I'm no completist, I only pick up what I like. Likewise, I don't have a single Mitsu Eclipse of the like 4 there have been in HW's and Matchbox's lineup.

Edit: New HWC Gulf Racing car is up. It's the Drag Beetle, so not sure I want it.
Yeah, I have one from the Garage series, and I'm not interested in that.
On a side note, looks like the VW Gulf Beetle sold out a few hours ago. I put an order in at lunch so I'm good.
*picks up jaw*

What gives man. Ever since 917K, two cars I have no interest in has sold out. I guess I should be happy about this, but I still can't help but go WTF?

No. But your last reply made me laugh. 👍

That Fiesta WRC is a Norev, a French company. Their choice of font is similar to "MAJORETTE RACING". The scale's definitely larger than 1:64 though. Price is about the same as CM's, build quality is a lesser of, but the base is kept plain flat like Kyoshos.

No jelly.
Everything else I have or wouldn't touch with a 10-foot-pole.

Man, you guys need to train on acquiring jelly. I'm pouring my heart into supporting you guys with all these pretty pictures of my dirty desk, expensive computer, and toy cars meant for kids and you still can't produce even a drop of jelly? What do I need? A kitten spinning dishes while yodeling?

Edit: Oh. Here's one you can get you flipping chairs. I just scored this Bugatti Veyron for $0. Take a look: http://www.thetoypeddler.com/cgi-bin/ttp/ttpdetail_2.cgi?item_id=1659370

I asked the seller for a bulk purchase discount, and he was willing to get it to me for free. Take that! you guys spending twenties of dollars to get your hands on one car? I only have to restore mine. At no cost! Get mad!

A little jelly of the Norev Fiesta, and I haven't gone looking in a while (not much cash right now grr) but I'll get back going again.

No cigar, I've had that one since new. Only Veyron I have too.

also, great pair of 57s, Ben! I had never seen that all-red version :tup.

Eh... I don't remember a thing after I replied to you about the hoodscoop probably bein' inside the car :crazy.

Figures. (sarcasm) It is the last comment on page 1029. ;)

Speaking of which I am probably going to be heading back to that antique mall today to get that Neet Streeter and I may make some photos there as well. ;)

Ah yeah I read it but had notingh-ish to say about it, just go get it. If you can grab other stuff while at it get to it. Then take some patience pills and try to take that hood scoop out of the car.

Hmm, these are interesting.

Well, here it is! :)

The minty $4 Neet Streeter with the missing hood scoop I mentioned earlier!

And just to prove it is the one that says "Oldie but a Goodie" and not the similar variant from the 2011 Hot One's series, here is a picture. ;)

You were right Cano, the hood scoop is in the hood. ;) I am in the process of getting it out right now. ;)

Here some other ones I got from there as well. ;)

Some of ya'll probably remember that Airport Rescue fire truck I got earlier, well I got another in more minty condition! :D Unlike my other one, the front hose is not broken and it stands the way it should, paint is almost perfect, just a few scratches on the edges, but I imagine that is normal.

And here is just a random, slightly beat up Flat Out 442 I got because I liked it. :D

Just to prove I got that Neet Streeter for only $4, here is the receipt ;):

Probably overpaid for the Flat Out 442 :boggled:, but who cares! :)

Stumbled upon a bunch of other good vehicles when I was getting that Flat Out 442 out of the glass display. Everything from an old Show Hoss, to a beat-up Poison Pinto and Baja Brusier and even an old redline Corvette that I think the paint had completely weathered off, you would think it is a zamac! Ironically the wheels seemed just fine, but there was no trace of its original paint at all, how mysterious....
Probably doesn't do any good to say this since I don't have any pictures.:indiff: Would have made a few but they were in a dark, glass display and I didn't have time to take them all out and take pictures since my dad wanted to get out there in a hurry, but if I can I will make sure I do next time. ;)

Seems like I find something new every time I go in there. I think need to stay away from that place for a while because I am running out of money and I have so many vehicles I want there!:guilty:

Edit: Reuploaded since I no longer need Photobucket.

$4 for the Airport Rescue was an utter steal, damn. The Neet Streeter is also very very good. If you can get the hoodscoop out you'll have a pretty minty car.

And about the redline Corvette. Does it have the hood? How much? Remember, the redline Vette is one of the most difficult to find, if the price is reasonable and it still has it's hood go for it, even if you have to restore it. It's a raaare car.

I'd also like to see the Show Hoss.

Auto World Chase car listed on the 'bay, 2 watchers so far we'll see how it does. Also re-listed a bunch of stuff that's not selling. Wish I had a car so I could just take them to the meets...

Yea I agree, that Airport Rescue was pocket change as well as the Neet Streeter. Very happy with what I got! :)

By the way I already have the hood scoop out. ;) Didn't take me all that long to get it out, now I just need to get it back on where it won't fall through again.

As crazy and fictional as it may sound yes it had a hood and I don't remember the price since I was being rushed to get out of there but I know every vehicle in that glass display was between $4 to $8. Terribly sorry I didn't make pictures of it.:indiff:

Did a little research and to be honest I think it is (or more like was) this one right here:

I am definitely wanting to get this one next time I go, it just screams for a restoration! :D
I'd also like to see the Show Hoss.
Well this isn't my photo of course, but here is the one I saw ;):

It's condition wasn't much worse than that and it was a pretty good price. ;)

Ironically I seen a red Mongoose next to it, apparently they want to drag race each other!

Finally got a Hot Ones BMW M1 decided to get that than the Hot Ones orange GT40, also got a grey 64 sting ray vette, and a 64 chevy nova wagon all from Meijer. Pics will be up later tonight.

The discount storenext to my college had some 1999 (well... older, maybe early 00s) hotwheels in stock o_O how i wish i had more than three dollars.
Passed on the f.e escort rally and a model that was briefly discussed in the customs thread... it had lace wheels but the rear was super beefy. It was matte dark grey with red accents, looked like a midget racer with a longer chassis
. Also some cobra race cars, the police car (was a bland generic sedan, but it looked like a realistic cruiser), and a very random generic 1:64 with the old matchbox off road wheel.

Hmm, these are interesting.

Couldn't see the pic at work but yes, very interesting indeed.

Bleh, don't buy it. This castig is common as chips. It might be a redline but it had several more appearances later on as you may know. If it isn't in good shape it isn't worth it as it's not a redline-exclusive casting. At least not if it's more than $1, lol. When you said redline Vette the one that popped to my mind was the 68 release, which is ultra-rare. Don't get that one.

Well this isn't my photo of course, but here is the one I saw ;):

What is a good price for this? If it's in the same range as the other cars you bought, sorry but you should have taken the Hoss and leave the 442 behing, the Show Hoss is quite difficult to find. How much for that?

Also, red Mongoose. Redline? How much?

Just nabbed that blue R32 up front on eBay for $10. Fairly cheap considering what it usually goes for.

Not bad at all. I had a max bid of $15 on the black/gold R32 one time and even that got beaten.

I'm now shopping on TTP and kicking myself twice for not looking on TTP before eBay. Came across two cars I paid $5-8 for when this guy's selling them for $2. My only excuse is that finding stuff on TTP is stupid. eBay's much more convenient in that sense.

edit: This seller had a Super T-Bird for $10 and I couldn't find this from the search engine? Excuse me while I go break some clipboards. Seriously, TTP's search engine is so awful I actually just wrote an email to the staff telling them to improve that search engine.

I have very little issue with their search. Do you remember any specific searches that didn't work?

Well for starters, I can't search for a member using the search bar. I actually have to keep track of their names via watching.

Listing pages don't have a link to the seller's inventory. It would be super convenient - and intuitive at this day and age - to have hyperlinked seller names in the listings. Normally, you could browse an item, back up a page and click on the seller's name in your search results, but I can't do that if you linked me those Madd Propz for instance.

As for specific search terms, it's unable to generate results because it's not "smart" enough to lenient with terms, words or spelling. Although the casting name is written as '63 T-bird, it gives me nothing. If I do 1963 T-Bird or 63 T-Bird, I get results. This can become an issue if you run into other castings that are named in a particular way.
