So who's going to K-Days on Saturday? Lots of good cars this time around. Convinced my Dad to go with me which means twice the pickins and now I don't have to ride my bike.

Sit down, son. It was for my nephew, but I put the stickers on it & everything. I've bought many planes, too. Only one I still have on hand(and carded) is that one jtl(was that his name, the ambassador?) posted awhile back. That one that change from car to a plane. No big deal.

So who's going to K-Days on Saturday? Lots of good cars this time around. Convinced my Dad to go with me which means twice the pickins and now I don't have to ride my bike.

I doubt it, but what are the pros to going to one of those? I went to one just that one time, I came home with junk.

Just bought one of my grails for the year!

I spotted this in a small stall that sells HWs, Tomicas, JLs, Jadas, and etc... they have other UCC promo cars as well.

The proportions seems a bit squashed on this one, it's specially apparent in the rear 3/4 view, but the detailing is quite good. I had never heard of that brand before.

The roof line does look squashed, but the rest are nicely proportioned. The casting is as large as a Jada.

Had to go in for several large bottles of ammonia for a job I'm on, and just happened to take the route that passed the HW aisle. Saw these two Huayras almost falling off the pegs - grabbed them in passing, and was quite happy I had a spare. But now I don't. Still not sure wheter to open the second package. This means I have to go back now and check if there are more. Valid excuse, right?

Thing is, you can't trust Murphy. The moment I open the second package I have, I'll find the missing one.

I'm assuming you have already notified the police about this injustice?

"Uh . . . it was a silver grey Huayra."

"A Pagani Huayra. I took it to work and it went missing."

The next moment the cuffs would be out and I'd be studying fifty shades of grey in a cell.

Picked up a C7 Vette from the meet tonight, along with a nice Matchbox 350Z and a burnt orange version of the Porsche Cayman. (love that car) @Cano do you need a Hot Bird that's black with flames on the front with 7-spoke wheels?

Also, just trying to judge the rarity of this car, how many of the Yellow Celica's have you guys found with the OH5 wheels? I got mine off eBay for cheap, and every car I have seen in a retail store since they came out has had the normal MC5's on it.

Anyone need the Lotus Project M250 $uper TH?

The best place to get one is at the Matchbox Gathering in New Mexico every July. I have seen a couple there, but mostly for show. If one ever comes up, be prepared to SPEND!

None. I've been checking most of the ones I find. I too bought mine like a sucker.

Not me. I value my time and sleep more than I value 4 exclusive paint jobs of cars I don't particularly care for. The others are just early releases, so they'll be around eventually. I don't even think about finding supers, I would have better luck with the lotto.

Just hit "Reply" or any number of posts and all the posts you quoted will show up in the quick reply box. That's how it works with this particular forum software, it doesn't get any easier
