Me too. God damn, that is just about perfect in every way.
I checked again this morning, and now I've seen a couple for starting bids of around $80. Still too high!
wassup guys?

finally put my hands on HW 1990 Honda Civic EF. Such an amazing casting with misplaced decos. Hard to find a decent one but i did :) Also got me some CM's for X-mas.
That is the truth about that Civic. I hope you get a chance to post your new CM's on here!
Well so much for using Flickr, some reason it won't let me link pictures. Oh well...
Photobucket is glitchy for me, nearly every time I use it. Imageshack can be worse(definitely harder to use). Yet to have tried Flickr.

Can someone tell me about the Hot Wheels Apptivity range.

Are the cars all plastic (not the quality of normal cars) and how exactly does it work other than destroying your tablet screen?

It's a silly little plastic toy that you rotate around on your iPad as the track moves beneath its feet. You can play the app with your two fingers as an optional "peripheral". I'd suggest trying that before buying one of these. I got bored of it real quick. Fortunately, I wasn't looking to play the app. I only wanted one of the cars.

Anyhow, I'm surprised we totally forgot this:

What's your 917 collector #? Mine is 1120/4000.
:)

All this time I thought it would've been cool to be the first and get the 0001/4000th item.

I GUESS NOT

I was about to say you were awesome for getting the lowest number amongst us here, Shinji...

I GUESS I WON'T.

There's always eBay.....

RLC cars I've cracked open, I've saved the hologram stickers for the serial #'s. This is the lowest # I've found:

Do want, but not for $80.
I'm gonna keep my eyes open for this one. I'd like to have one one day.....

You saved that card snippet precisely for this moment.

You bastard. :P

'Joking. That's cool.
But still, it's not first-come first-served. So you're still not awesome. :P

Cano's Magnificent Collection.

:P

Your package went out this morning by the way.

Yeah I just wanted the car from a collecting point of view, but if they aren't the normal HW quality (something metal) might not bother.

Skip it. They don't even use the same die to make the casting.

To my knowledge, Flickr doesn't let you access any photos other than your most recently uploaded 250 images. While they don't get deleted, I wouldn't recommend it if you're going to use it as a library, since you'll never be able to go back to your older photos. Photobucket is the next best option, but even that has its limitations.

I'd do blogger. There no limitation (not that I've reached any; see my blgo as an example of how many photos I've uploaded), and you don't even have to make any posts. I'd stick a bunch of photos in one post, leave the images there (I recommend staying in HTML mode), and then leave the unfinished post as a draft. You can organize your collection via drafts and continually re-edit the place to add more photos. You can also resize the image in its image URL when you share it (similar to me). Only downfall is that you won't be able to see it on your work computer :P

Source: personal experience of finding free storage I can fully access again in the future.

Visit Flickr to see the changes they made... er, like 6 months ago. 1 free terabyte, full library access, you can upload all your pics in their original size, and such. Where do you think we host Custom Diecast México?

Anyway, NAMES, people.

Finally got to pick up the package from Suprakid(AutoArt Bugatti) & another mystery package(no idea which car). Very excited!

No, man. I told you, I saved them for the serial #'s! And finally, I don't care!

Lotus Exige R-GT
I can not believe Andy thumbed up these cars. :odd:
So Mattel is taking the trade forums off HWC.com and people are livid.
I don't know enough about trading, or that forum to comment on this, but that is very juicy stuff!(everybody loves trainwrecks lol).
Anyway, NAMES, people.
Mexi-Nugget

I like Exiges, son. It would make a nice base for a wacky custom and possibly easier casting to use to make a Henessey.
Custom, like remove the body & replace it with a Kool Kombi one?

Edit: Oh, god, I looked at it again! :yuck:

So a guy was arguing with me at the hot wheels meet tonight that there were only two variations of the original red Miata, the one with the hood & side tampos, and the one without any at all. I said no, there are three, those two and one with the hood tampo but no side tampo. He's all: "no, no, no, my book here doesn't show that". Don't care buddy! You wrong!

OK, my Bugatti & mystery car:

AutoArt Bugatti 16.4 Veyron Showcar 1/64

Johnny Lightning 2005 Ford GT

AutoArt is amazing........ well worth the money. Ford GT by JL, at 20% of the cost was well worth it, too. Very happy with both purchases. :D

I'd have just told him to look it up online!
