Issue with my Batpod. The rear wheel truns fine but... The front wheel turns but it seems like it's seized.
Common issue Not that rare with real rider cars, but I have zero experience with Bat-Pod......
@a6m5

I could list for somewhere around that, maybe Buy it now or best offer. If I could double my money I would be happy.
Do it, dude. "Best Offer" is a great idea. If you are in a hurry, I'd list it at $300(w/best offer at $250). If not, $350.

Fifty bucks is fifty bucks!

Edit: And if you can earn the extra fifty bucks, that's free money you use toward standard RLC 510!

Just glanced at eBay for them. The number of listed cars has dropped significantly. There's a dual autograph on there right now with 11 hours left with 8 bids at $175. But most of the non autographed cars are either bid up to $60+ or listed Buy it Now for over $100.

This isn't like with the treasure hunt cars, obviously. One thing I learned about TH cars are that, popular Super TH could go for $30+, wait a year & they are worth maybe half that. RLC cars, popular one, you miss out early on, expect to pay $85 for '83 Silverado. :P

I think it's likely that we'll see a last minute snipe attack(s) for the one that's at $175 right now. If I were you, I'd list it right now, steal some interest away from that particular auction. I'm sure bidders & watchers for that one will consider paying $250, possibly more to secure one.

$300, with best offer auto accept setting at $250(or higher). Do it, while the outcome for the other auction's still uncertain.

Edit: Make sure to list the whole deal. Invoice(w/personal info blocked), pen, magnet & that card.

I'll get some photos and throw it up there before the night is over along with the $uper '07 Mustang I acquired the other day. Maybe get $10-12 for that.

You should also make up a certificate of authenticity like that guy on eBay. "It's real, because I promise, that's why." :lol:

Best of luck selling both cars!

P.S. If anyone's interested in mine, I'd trade it for a clean, used Glock(open to most caliber, prefer compact lol).

Speaking of Toys R Us. Found a dark blue Dodge Dart GT from Greenlight. Quite like the detail and kinda liked the car. But passed on it...

Alright, BRE Datsun and $uper Mustang listed. 3 Day auctions only, so hopefully that doesn't hinder their sale. They relist for free if they don't sell, so we'll see...

Anyone interested in the wheel error Honda S2000 or wheel variation Chevy SS that I have before I list them?

@yabiggoose
Nothing too rare in any of your posts, altough the fact that those two Matchbox cars are still sealed is quite cool, I do remember those from years ago, when Matchbox was in the hands of TYCO.

Will take. Ship it loose if the box (along with my other stuff) requires it. While we're at it, when did you plan on sending out said box? Can I get an update on that please?

edit: I don't know if anyone here still cares about the blog, but I've went and put in mouse-over scripts for the diecast page for novel interaction between you and the page. I drew in the cute little icons too.

When I have money, possibly this weekend.

I see. Well, I got an update so I'm good. Don't rush yourself. That car is more important. Did you get a PM from Cano recently?

Only one bite on the Bluebird, a message from what I would assume is someone from another country (even though I said I'm not shipping outside the US/Canada) and I could hardly understand it.

Your post says you don't ship to Australia. Would you ship down here for people from this thread?
Yes.

Man. I never have anything good to say.

Except for the fact I found a Matchbox RS200 Rally I didn't know about previously, and that I'm getting a silver Ferrari 156 and some 1:43 car shipped for free.

I'm of course not expecting to sell it $500 today. That is the amount I'll probably hold out for down the line, and you just never know. It's free to list anyway. Besides, my listing will definitely help Jason's. Side note: I noticed another seller listed BRE 510 w/dual autograph, but it's not the BRE release. He just had standard RLC 510 signed by both Brock & Morton. While very creative, in the collectible world, that's worth much, much less, even though I do expect somebody to pay stupid money for it.
You made me laugh out loud. :lol: As for your concerns:

  • I've owned it, so technically used.
  • High import charge(and there really is no 'additional' charge) is due to eBay, Pitney Bowes(GSP Operator) & government of package destination!
$157.75 is unbelievable though. When I shipped a high profile hot wheel car to Australia before(thru GSP), it was about $35 I think? Turned out that there were no duty charge for a toy car(at least for the amount), so it was just shipping. I blame Canada.
It's certainly not worth $510 today. Maybe 10~15 years from now.

Did you guys like that? 510? :dopey:
