1/64 Model Collectors Thread

By the way guys, with my new job and living situation I will be changing some things up with collecting, etc. I will only have access now to a single Target, a single Walmart, a single KMart, and maybe a couple grocery stores to look for cars. However, my gross income each month will rise quite a bit so I will be purchasing whole 72 count cases every month. I will be keeping what I want, and then I will be starting up a webstore to sell the leftovers + some other stuff as sort of a "second job". No more eBay for me.

You know that sweet feeling, after getting outbid by a sniper with a handful of seconds left, and left going 🤬 but then two days later, seller sends you a second chance offer for the extra set he had, and you get to buy it one dollar cheaper than your last minute sniper? I'm now out $51, but I feel like this:

You mean you've seen two different cards & they say different things? I have R34 Skylines, one says Skyline, other does not. Dunno why.

Well here is what I picked up last week.

Another Bump Around I just had to get. Pity it was the only one they had other wise I would have bought another one for customizing.

Yet another Viper for customizing. Been getting ideas lately.

Pleasantly surprised to see the Island Hopper and the Rodzilla. I always had a thing for the Rodzilla.

Going back to Wal Mart today thankfully. Had a lot of new ones last time I went and I ran out of time. I am hoping they haven't moved the dump bins anywhere.

Finally found some Boulevards at the Reject Shop. I got a pair of 12 Ford Fiestas, 84 Hurst Olds, Honda Civic Coupe, Volkswagen Beetle and the CR-X. They only had one of the Vectors.

Thank you! To be honest, I had forgotten all about it until I happen to run into a pic of the M3. M3's nice, but that Greenwood Corvette. Prices these sellers are asking for, just for those two cars, I figured I could pretty much buy the entire set. They are the cars that were sold only in Canada, so they were going for big money. I think I spent $18 on the Porsche alone back when.

Only one I ever bought before this was the Donkey Kong. Zombie would've been the second ever, but like with the Donkey Kong, nostalgia kicked in & I caved.
