I just counted how many cars I have on order....... 47. I'm bringing in more cars than I'm shipping out. Not good.
Yea the treasure hunt Tyrell P34 is from 2012, you will be really lucky to find them on the pegs anymore. I would know because I recently picked up one.
One of the very few Treasure Hunt cars I actually found on my own. Too bad everybody & their mother have one.
2014 Retro Entertainment "Hart to Hart"
I like this one, but if you get that "Racer" one, you'd be my hero!

Speaking of...how many cars did you get for February? Including cars I got with intention to customize as well as the 1:24 T-Bird, 23. Otherwise, 17.

That as opposed to the 43 (47 including customs) from January. I spent too much time on eBay in January. I also have a order of like 10 cars from last month that hasn't arrive yet. That's going to affect the number for March.

May as well get Cano in on this.

Here's some really quick pics of most of the stuff I have bought in the past 3 weeks or so. It might actually be everything in February haha.

These were only $1.57 at the time, I thought Jukebox (and Decades) were 2.50 or more? Couldn't pass up a couple of them.

Gotta thank Nigel & the Lamley post for letting me know about this one (still available on Amazon too!)

And these from TRU this weekend. Didn't actually go there looking for them, didn't know they were out yet. And I had my 15% coupon so, at about $14.50 each (plus tax) it wasn't too bad imo.

These probably belong more in the scale model thread. I remember seeing the Escort posted in that thread. Didn't know they were in retail stores...

Mmmhh... february was slow. Nothing, and I say nothing on the stores, picked up a few cars to customize, and some other cars from the fleamarkets here and there, but if I grabbed 30 cars in february I'd be surprised. Of course, by the 25th my friend from Matamoros, the one that receives the stuff I send to an adress in the USA -like your Box, Andy- had arrived at my house to stay for a few days here in Mexico City and she brought me tons of cars. So if those count too, I'd say about 500

Let's just count whatever cars make it into your home within the month. In transit does not count.

Then like 500 or so, as they did make it to my home the 25th

EDIT: btw I took a pic of the box contest prizes. Will post it tonite or something.

Has there ever been a mainline Hot Wheels FD RX7 or is the closest 24/seven?

HW never got the license to the FD. Matchbox made one, as well as Motormax and Tomica. Of you can go for the fancy stuff and get a Kyosho. Hot Works and I think Aoshima did modified versions of the car too.

EDIT:

You doubled my record from last February then.

Well, it also depends on something: like 70% of what I received was for selling/trading. Do those count too?

Can't wait for the return of the Hakosuka, but as someone commented on Lamley's FB page... I wonder why the "Now" is an R34 and not an R35. Kind of wish they brought that casting back to the mainlines after recently being in the rather...exclusive F&F series. (Lucky enough to come across the R35 though!) Also interested to see how the Evoque turns out for MB. Rest of the castings are more of the same...wish they brought back early 2000s models like the Audi RS6 Avant.

Anyways, after seeing @DwightSchrute12 post with the F&F cars, I had to have a look for myself. Found the Supra, Eclipse and Escort! Mostly wanted the Escort and was a little unsure on the Supra, so I left that behind. Posted in the scale model thread. At the same time...I got the Greenlight Focus ST. At first I didn't like the color and looks, but ever since one of my friends actually bought a real one, they've kind of grown on me. Even with the weird fish face.

Stuck with a small personal dilemma though. The friend in me says to give it to my friend after having helped me out with working on my car. But the selfish collector in me says to keep it. It's also my first ever Greenlight.

I'm guessing that's because the R35 is not generally referred to as a Skyline anymore. The masses only know it as a "Nissan GT-R".

Fun fact about me: I have a neutral opinion on the Ford Focus ST like the one @MedigoFlame posted in real life, but on GT6 I absolutely love it like it could survive the apocalypse. Normally opinions on cars are the same between real life and GT, so that's odd.

Anyways, awesome cars. @DwightSchrute12's post had me looking at scale model car porn.
