I got a couple of the recent Retro Entertainment cars in. Has Hot Wheels every had any Koenigsegg before this new one? The model is the Agera R - it says so on the card and on the car. But the base says Koenigsegg CCX? Now, I'm not brushed up on my Koengigisgisgisge knowledge, but those are two completely different cars, no?

I know it doesn't matter, but just seems weird.

I think it's their first Koenigsegg casting.

Easter egg found! :D

Or maybe they'll do a CCX for the regular lineup, who knows.

I thought it was their first too, but didn't know for sure. I wonder if they had planed/do plan for a CCX in the lineup.

I think they're similar enough that the chassis base could be used for either or. Body-wise, they're nearly identical.

Pardon my ignorance, but is this pretty common? Not the using identical bases for different models, but leaving the label on the base the same regardless of the model? I just don't recall seeing it. I know sometimes the base won't be the exact same, but even with this year's Morris Mini they labeled it as such, not Mini Cooper which it's been used as before.

Found the gasser again tonight so bought it. Found a fair few more lowrider style cars too but I can't handle the technicolor paint jobs, need plain ones. Though I found a purple chevelle with big flairs and stuff, looked really cool but stupidly, I left it.

Making a list of all the extra cars I have available for trade/sale. Up to 150 lines on a Excel document, not even close to finished. Will try and post it this weekend so everyone can take a gander and see if there is anything they want.

@Cano Hey what if he didn't have enough money... or he was like me who skips on certain castings to save money?

If I had the money, I woulda bought the Alfa Corsa, 787B, CLK-DTM, (gasp) FINA McLaren F1, Panamera Turbo, Subaru 1000, Fiat 124, Porsche 911 GT1..

Actually, @RCKakashi14, could you get me that FINA McLaren F1 actually? Not even joking.

I hope you can have that up tonight so I can go through it before Saturday! :)

----------

Bidding on a MBX Superfast SL55 ended today at $20. 2 hours later, I instead win a box set of 5 MBX Superfasts which included the SL55 for $18 opening bid.

Not gonna happen actually. Even if I get it finished tonight, no internet at home. I have to wait for the apartment office to open on Saturday so I can mooch off their Wifi.

Edit: And now I have to work in the morning.

And... I'm sorrowful to say that their prices have risen, I have paid more than 10 USD on the 599 SA Aperta I bought...

He wanted an excuse to post a speech bubble with "Neigh" in it

Auto World 1966 Chevy Chevelle SS 396

Though I found a purple chevelle with big flairs and stuff, looked really cool but stupidly, I left it.
One that says "Summit"? I recommend getting that one. One of my favorite mainlines.
