About that thing about eBay being hacked. The suggestion to "change your password" is just the words of an overly-paranoid individual. Even if someone hacked your account, the furthest they can likely do is buy a ton of listings/win auctions with high bids, and revise your listings to 1 cent/free shipping. Since they don't have your Paypal account info, they can't use your account to pay for anything nor can they take advantage of winning your auctions since that can't physically make you ship your items. It'll be a headache to fix anything they mess up, but nothing permanent should happen. They also wouldn't be able to use your account and switch the shipping address since it has to match what they have on record at Paypal. Having an external party (i.e. Paypal) makes shopping online pretty safe overall I'd say. If someone hacked Paypal on the other hand, then we should be changing our passwords.
It's not a individual, it's the eBay corporate. Just to add, they also warn against sharing same password between different websites. I am very glad that PayPal didn't get hacked.

Edit:

@AOS- Were you collecting this casting? Pretty cool stuff.

@a6m5 I am, but this buttface ships to US only. That has got to be the biggest taunt ever! The price is way too good to pass up. Can you grab that for me please?! I can guarantee you that's gonna be gone in the next hour.

edit: already sold.

edit: This post is now pointless. So here's another photo to make up for it:

That's okay. The Matchbox Dinner/Toy Fair Employee Models are the really special castings... The one only E-Type listing on eBay is still sitting there for $160, as well as the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA for $80. That should be a great indication as to how great of a deal that Land Rover was. It was just too good to pass up on. I was actually ready to bust out my US forwarding address even though I get charged an arm and a leg using that service. The really sad part for me is that a lot of REALLY good deals are all "US-only" sellers. International buyers must've really :censored:ed them up to not let others have a chance at buying good stuff.

I didn't ship priority.

Huh. I don't know then. I don't know exactly how long it takes for a small packet to reach a US address, but for stuff in US coming to me by first-class takes at most 2 weeks.. even if it's coming from say- California.

Both are real cool but the Olds gets my vote. 👍 God I wish that we got Auto world down here. :indiff:

That Chevelle is amazing too! I've never seen that series of hotwheels in Australia. Super jealous.

Thanks and The Reject shop has them. 👍 Cheap (by our standards) too at $3 each.
Those are some awesome cars, @Spacegoat. 👍

Thanks Johnny. Little disappointed not to find a Teal Civic or a Black Hakosuka but finally finding a Homer and then those three Boulevards, more than made up for it. :D
It can't be both of us, I put that on Flickr/Yahoo. :P

But J-Money, I haven't even received or posted the surprise Porsche yet!!!! :P

:grumpy:
You actually found "Homer" in the wild!? Three Boulevards are PERFECT, by the way. 👍👍

Sure did. :D Relieved to say the least, I've been chasing that one for what feels like years. And the Boulevards, more than happy to find a CRX but man, the Hurst Olds and Chevelle are just the best.

I found the USS Vengeance up front and center on the pegs last night. The employee collector even showed me it at one point.

Didn't buy it still. I should probably get rid of my USS Enterprise while I'm at it. I like my planes a lot more. :P

Went to the local Walmart on my lunch to maybe purchase an Auto World car, they didn't have anything I wanted. They did get in some new Retro Entertainment cars from Hot Wheels, but I left them behind. (Jetsons, Old School van, Stripes GMC Motorhome, etc)

We just don't like foreigners. Says a foreigner.

I ended up buying both CRX & Olds online. Chevelle, I only got into long after it was released, so I've yet to snag that one.

By the way, did you have a TLV "Z" car that was just released on the preorder? I'd have received a invoice for it from AmiAmi already, except I have two pending backorder I'm REALLY hoping they come thru(on top of 3 backorders I had already added!), so I think they are waiting to see if they can fulfill those two before finalizing my order for the month. :nervous:
Just paid for my IDx Freeflow. 👍 Went ahead and paid the extra $2 to get it in 1-2 weeks instead of 2-5 weeks. I can't wait that long. :P
Congrats Jason. Please take nice, biiiiiiig pics. 👍👍
Sweet! One of the very few mainline Tomicas I own. My old pic with both SL/SEL things.

So, does anyone know how to add a custom spoiler to a car, like the ones in this picture?
Who makes those? They look great. 👍

Someone bought my 3 F40s for $14. Decent money?
Depends, right? Which line of F40s?
Nice link. 👍 That's some good stuff, too.
Would you know how to make a custom bumper for a car like those in the picture?
Here's the customs thread. Also, instead of double posting, we are asked to combine multiple replies using copy & paste. :)

YeeBay. I haven't listed anything on TTP before.

I listed it at $20 and set it to automatically accept anything at least $14. That buyer hit bare minimum. Maybe I should've set it higher. Who knows. A lot of my other stuff have little to no attention.

Yep, got the invoice for the 260Z last night. :D Currently waiting on the order to be updated after I changed the postage to SAL registered. Probably should have done that earlier. Oops.

Oh geez, 2 pending? Best of luck with that. 👍

TTP had some Hot Wheels listing special for the month of May. You should check it out. 👍

I just remembered that you had different 260Z than me. They both look awesome, and sounds like you'll be getting yours before me. :D

I already had 3 backorders on the very order they already came through on(they at least now say "in stock" in the order), but last two I just added are much tougher(Bluebird & Shell gas station), so I am bracing myself for a disappointment........ :nervous:

So I another invoice back and it's the same. Apparently SAL registered is unavailable "for my country", something to do with postage regulations. So I've had to go for the Air small packet option, which is obviously more expensive but means I'll get it quicker.
