I'm curious. What does a US seller have to do to set that up? One seller told me it was added in automatically.

The shipping program? When I list things for sale I have to manually un-check the box for it, as eBay assumes you want it. (and they assume wrong) So if a seller told you they had no choice, he lied.

I use Global Shipping Program, and it's not strictly because I'm lazy(I am lazy lol). It also protect the seller from potential customs issues(delays, unexpected duty, etc.). As I noted just the other day, basketball card I sold to Japan got stuck at the customs(it probably took about a month). I am protected from low stars/negative feedback from such delay.

Edit: It was never automatic for me. I signed on.

I see. I imagined it was like that.

The seller didn't say he had no choice. I know they do since there are still sellers that don't use it. It's when the listing has ended is when they can't invoice you a new total/new shipping. One of my sellers had to cancel relist the item entirely for 1st-class. Nobody should have to pay $15+ shipping for one dinky little car.

I learned this the hard way when I was selling cars to Ben. Australian customs I think have exception for toys, which sure makes things ideal.

That's definitely one way to look at it. Of course, it wouldn't be fair to leave out the fact that it enables bidders overseas to purchase items otherwise wouldn't have been available to them at all. I highly doubt global shipping program was put in place to lower cost of the international shipping. It's purpose is to serve as the middleman to sellers who prefer doing business just domestically(I'm fully aware of your opinion on this Andy lol).

To be honest, once a package is out of your hands, it's out of your hands. If someone wants to be a big D and give you negative feedback for a package being late due to no fault of your own, that person has issues. I always just make sure I put the tracking number into the sold listing so that eBay knows it went out on time and it's in route.

Wow. $50 wasn't enough to win some Kyosho Mercedes. I'm astounded.

$60 wasn't enough to win the 911 GT3R Hybrid, $50 wasn't enough to win the silver SL65 Black Series, $20 wasn't enough to win the black SLR McLaren...

And seeing as how bids already hit $20 in the last hour of the SLS AMGs, I decided not to even go for them anymore.

so instead of looking for another silver SL65, I decided to win myself another white one and I'll paint one with my own silver with black wheels.

You also owe me $8 CAD.

Yeah, I'll send you the monies right away Andy 👍 as for...

$41.25 plus shipping. Probably another $8-10.

Ok, but if I want...

So I bought this because I really wanted the cars, but have no use for or desire to keep the truck. Anyone want it? @Cano ?

this (screw you, stop making me spend), how much? :irked:

AI found this: Tecology
That is too cool.

I'm almost sure I can make my wife buy one of those. Almost.

Yeah, some Kyoshos get pretty stupid some times ): also, great grabs on the CM's, dude 👍

I honestly cannot see how the silver can be any more valuable than the white or black. They're release in the same box set, just different colours! I was honestly surprised someone wanted the Porsche for $60 though. Figured $30's the most people would go, and that I'd have to go a little crazy and drop way more than that to secure a win. Guess by luck someone was crazier than I was at the time.

And where's my money? I don't see mah money! Where's mah money? I don't see mah money!

Tracking's not 100% though. I've seen them have my package "delivered" when I didn't have it yet, or after they lost the package. They also had one of my package scanned somewhere back east when it was in the west side.

I think we totally agree that buyer should be responsible for the package once it's proven the package has left the seller(ie buy insurance). Unfortunately though, eBay backs the buyer in most situation from what I understand.
shipping from US is way too ex. :banghead:
I wish they brought the surface shipping back.

So glad I'm not into Kyoshos right now...... Did you see how much my Kyosho Ferrari was in my link?(I think it was $6~$7) :P
I have one. Sold the other, and I so should have kept it! I have two yellow & it's staying that way. :D
I saw the red one the other day lol
You should buy every one of those you see. Good trade bate. ;)

Andy thinks he's a pimp!

Another mad props on your CM's. 👍
Yes the car is blurry, that's what happens when you rush and focus on the middle of the photo.
I thought that Japanese cars are just too fast. Thanks for the explanation.

Congrats, Jason. Did you have any TLV before this? For the next month's order(NISMO IDx), I added backorder of Kyosho KPGC10(race car). I hope they come through. :nervous:

P.S. I saw the packaging on another site. That is a cool packaging. 👍

No, first one. The NISMO will be the other, and final for now. I can't afford to keep buying these, as much as I'd like to. These two were a huge exception because I plan on buying a real one when the come out. (if they come out)

I've had a situation where tracking says Delivered yet it hasn't arrived. I'm guessing the mailman was too lazy to check it off when it actually is successfully delivered and decided to scan them all before heading out for the delivery itself.

Some Kyosohs are worthless, some of the prettier ones though... gotdamn.

And I ain't no pimp yet. Have you seen my gloves? Have ya? *emptys pocket* Have ya?

Thanks. The CM's Train doesn't stop yet.

Nope this ain't no CM's.

It's a Hot Wheels. A 1997 World Race 5-Pack Toyota MR2 Rally to be exact. It's got 3SP wheels unlike its mainline version:

Obviously the mainline is all you'll find on the web. I got extremely lucky with this find.

Since I work for Nissan, probably not that long for me. :D But I doubt they will be out before 2017.
What kind of purchase plan do they have for Nissan(dealer?) employees? I know that Ford absolutely sucks & VW/Audi has killer lease plans.

I noticed that "pimp" kid in the GI Joe PSA video was also blind. Interesting.

I was gonna say that I'm gonna go throw up now, but looks I already did. On your MR2.

:P Don't kill me.

Well not bad for Nissan employees, which I am not yet. (I'm contract through another company) Just looking into the future. :)

On a side note, apparently all the loose cars I didn't want, other people did. I made over $60 tonight and there still a bunch of auctions with bids that haven't ended yet.
