Good man! That's how it should be. :)
That's the mark of a truly obsessed collector. I have some old cars that are totally worthless (or fairly rare) but taking them away from me is like parting with my ribs. No way, sirree - leave my ribs alone.
Thank you! I don't ever plan on getting rid of any of my cars.

In any case, if you do change your mind, I'm in Toronto.
You wish! :P

That's killer. I'm not so hot on the Rolls, but the others were a total steal. Good pick-ups. 👍
Thanks Photonrider! :) I am definitely glad I got those body swappers, it would have been a big mistake not to, same for the Hi Tail Hauler.

I really wasn't expecting anybody to care too much for the Silver Shadow. That's just one I got for my own amusement really. The opening hood and the fact it still rolled well was convincing enough for me.

As for that Twin Mill (or more like what's left of it), that thing is definitely worthless, but it won't be for long. :D I got that one because I knew it would be a fine restoration piece.

Incoming Photo Dump!

Any discount using that link? I bought from various seller but I do order from Japan Booster as well.

No specific discount, unless you count the free shipping from Japan Booster. I ask folks to use the link to help show a strong contingent of buyers, and it will ensure better and better deals for everyone in the long run. I keep the link at the top of the right column on the blog. Just click on the Japan Booster logo...

Free shipping....if you spend over $50. ;)

That seems to get left out most of the time. Just FYI for those who don't know.

And that is a tremendous deal. Nothing wrong with a little incentive to spend some more. If you were going to buy two models anyway, that is $14 saved. That is around 25% of the entire cost.

True, shipping cost is always a put off for myself So if I can save on shipping. It would be Great!

No, sorry buddy, I thhought this was a scale model thread and posted my 1:16 (I think) 57 vette, and was (very politely, mind you) told not to.
No problem i just saw that i have out side my norev rally cars collection i will take a few photos ( Its because i am too lazy to take photos of my big JADA collection 1/64 but i will do it some time to show you just as my Hot Wheels collection i have 400+ cars :) )

Wow, 400! I have 22. Anyway, sent a link to the scale model thread on your profile, they'll look good there :).

As posted earlier, good if you are planning on spending over $50 in the first place. But if you are only planning on buying one car, forcing yourself to spend more just to save on shipping seems counterintuitive.

Yes, now I have jumped onto the TLV wagon. :gtpflag: But they do cost a bomb. :banghead:
Well, IMO, all TLV trucks & buses are pretty unique to start with due to great details, also true 1/64 scale, crate of Coke bottles, driver with hand-truck & racks in the back for all those crates and the hand-truck(but not the driver lol) makes the Coke truck shine more than most any other TLV vehicles. At least to me. Congrats! :)👍
I imagine several of you may want it. I suggest any takers PM me with your best offer. I'll leave a 5-day window open for offers.
I can't get in the bidding war but it reminded me about the cars I had for ya. I really don't see additional liquidation from me outside those mainline cars I have on TTP. OK to package up & send?
Daniel, using Japan Booster? Use the link on Lamley if you can...
@Daniel008 When I'm ready to order, I just google 'japan booster' & 'lamley'. Link to Japan Booster will be on your top-right.

For free shipping(not absolutely everything's free ship), click on most any Tomica cars, then click on the thing(left-hand side) that says purchase $50 or more/get free shipping. This will show you all listings included in the free shipping promotion(almost 100% tomicas, but not kyoshos :().

As all of us know too well, TLVs are expensive. One good thing that comes from it, at least with Japan Booster, you could spend $50 just on a couple of cars, then get the free shipping. :dopey: Jason rolls his eyes.
ugh...i want some TLV...but everytime i'm about to click commit to buy, rational thoughts begin...And i instead go to buy 1:43 Japanese mini cars... it's like iv'e been brainwashed...

And the last time i bought a TLV Neo (Civic EG in yellow) for 50$....i felt nothing but regret..

Which is currently boxed up with the others ready to be displayed..but i'm too lazy and can't be bothered to place them yet..

Honestly...for the money Kyosho 1:64 is better jmo.
Well, to each his/her own. *shrug* We like what we like(I mean all of us). For me, it's the selection of casts TLV chooses to produce, especially this vintage/retro stuff. Kyosho 1/64 are great. As for if they are superior to TLVs, I really couldn't say. I've seen Kyoshos that are better than some TLVS, vice versa. I do personally prefer the styling of the TLV castings over Kyoshos, but what it comes down to is the selection of the cars/models. TLV cars are vintage/retro, they are unique & they really hit the spot.

I can of course appreciate collectors preferring Kyosho over TLVs. They are different! Personally, I think they are both too expensive, and they are at the top of their game.

Same goes for your 1/43 cars. They just have so many countless DESIRABLE cars in 1/43 that are not available in minicar scale, but I just don't like the size. I find them half-assed. I collect minicar/hot wheels, I can also appreciate 1/18 cars, but I literally own one 1/43 car. F&F Escort by Greenlight, and probably only because Paul Walker died(:(). Having said all that, I can see why it is so popular. I routinely get jealous of the cars & models they make only for 1/43, or larger.

Sorry for the long response. I just wanted to exchange opinion, because I know that you are JDM diecast master. :D
To think a Kyosho 1:64 trade will take place... Chances like that are one in a million.
They know you pretty well.

Congrats Kakashi. Very cool deal. 👍

You get another TLV! What is wrong with your math man! j/k
This is the half of my Norev rally collection 1/64 i am too lazy too open the other guys! :) sorry about the quality but its night ;)
Very cool.

Nice find. 👍 Blade Runner. It doesn't get much cooler than that!

One package arrived today.

Tomica Limited Vintage Neo Toyota Carina 1600ST, 1600 GT-R('84) + Land Cruiser

Let this be a lesson: I tried to save a few bucks by buying on Amazon. Sweet TLV Bluebird silhouette race car. While I'm still waiting for this car, two lots ordered from Japan Booster, after this Amazon order, they have already arrived. At this point, it would not surprise me any if my third & fourth order from them(I know I have lot pending) get here before Amazon order does. Yay Japan Booster. :(

This is the half of my Norev ral-

Well it ain't a bidding war. You only get to make one offer and it is kept private to prevent a war from happening.

But yeah, pack it up and send it. Thanks for hanging onto my stuff.

No sweat brother man. I should have it out Monday. :)👍
Dat standard LandCruiser is a nice score, I've only ever seen the patrol and JAF service versions available online. And those Carina's too. 👍 Pictures man.
Yeah, JAF Land Cruiser was my vary first TLV. I didn't care much for the standard one until I saw my coworker looking at photos of the real life truck(same color). I know @jtl46 had posted this casting on Lamley, too. You are right about not many of these being sold online. Yes, I like Japan Booster for their fast/pro service, but what makes them one of my two favorite place's the fact they sell old/rare car like this at really reasonable prices. :D:tup:

Could everyone please stop posting pictures of Kyoshos, Norevs (really cool!) and TLVs? It's making my wallet tremble.

Thanks a lot.
