So browsing eBay for 620's and came across one of those "unspun employee prototypes" blah blah...

I guess the news here is that if it's an authentic Mattel release, this is the next color of the 620.

This is the first color for 2015. It has an orange/red/yellow (if I remember) stripe that runs on the hood and down each side. It looks really cool.

Found a motherload of HW in a local Sainsburys store, but it's a huge 4ft high open promo bin, with a slot at the bottom and an open top. It was really busy and I just couldn't be bothered hunting through it. Will go back when it's quiet.

Don't mind them at all actually. The wheels on the C20 from the same series are worse.

The wheels on both trucks are absolutely incredibly spot-on. Go and look for stock wheels for those two trucks and come back once you've seen some pictures.

I've NEVER seen those wheels on the Dodge. The Chevy looks pretty accurate though.

Edit: I received an invoice from AmiAmi for seven cars this morning. Shipping came to just under $10 for seven frigging cars. Not to mention AmiAmi undercuts MSRP like nobody's business.

Ram headlights. Can't remember which came with which trailers, but I think Impala was the one I was interested in anyway? I'll probably grab that, if I get the chance. I never saw any of their tow trucks come thru locally though. If I like it enough, I'd probably have to chase it online.

Oh yeah, they are. But would it have killed GL to add some detail to the C20's wheels, like they did to the Impala? They just look very plain, that was my only problem with them.

If I recall the Impala comes with an Airsteam? Can't remember what the Ram has.

Today in the mail I got a nice lot of 2014 Hotwheels from eBay for $4. They even added two Maisto BMW's and a Matchbox Mini. Unfortunetly they were all loose, but I don't really mind.
