Did you guys see the Matchbox Toyota Tacoma that Mattel did for the Gathering Convention this weekend? It looks awesome with its retro Yota racing stripe, styled after the 1981 SR5 special edition. The cool thing? We suggested the design to Mattel and they went with it. They even used it on an upcoming Land Cruiser. Very excited to see it all come to fruition. I will tell the story on Lamley later. There are two versions. The white hood/roof is 1 of only 75. Blue hood/roof is 1 of 150.

I included the Dodge Charger Dealer model, in full Albuquerque Police livery. There are more pics on the Lamley Blog:

Some Japan classic sports car set by F-Toys(?). I know nothing about them except for what I just learned. They are half-complete/assembled plastic cars. They say the cars come with bubble gums, so they are probably individually boxed(familiar retail scheme in Japan). It's $45 + shipping, and it's a 10-pack. I really liked the looks of these models. I hope I didn't 🤬 up, but I really could use more Skylines in my collection, and these Bellett looks better than the TLVs, at least in the stock photos!

Don't want to say what it is 'til I get it. It's nothing exciting but it's closest I can get to a car my family has.

Sometimes, it seems like it's the point of TLVs to turn something "nothing exciting" in real life to a really exciting casting. I hope you post couple of pictures of it when you get it.
