1/64 Model Collectors Thread

I'm optimistic I'll be able to find one, once I actually visit Walmart(huge on hot wheels). That Tomica Ramen truck, I'm going to try combining order with my future Tomica Limited Vintage orders.

While looking at that Tomica rament truck, I found this: Tecology

That is too cool.

That is indeed too cool. I almost want one for myself. I assume $10 is roughly it for the Tecology cars? There's a regular series Subaru Sambar Ramen Truck for $5.

edit: So all Tecology Tomicas all have working LEDs when pushed. I found a whole line-up on Tomica Fan Club. The aquarium truck seems kinda cool:

I almost prefer the HW body because of the smaller/non-existent panel gaps compared to the M2.

I can't remember posting this. I had to restore it to fix the bent front axles, but I personally don't consider straightening axles to be worth putting in the Customizing thread. This Cougar is so perfect in my opinion, and I have one like this on Gran Turismo for PSP. Its this very car that helped move me from buying Matchboxes just because the car was cool, to buying Matchboxes with the intent to collect. This car will be left untouched right next to my other MB muscle cars.

I just tried searching the page on this Tomica Fan Club...... and I couldn't. This is the Nazi of a forum where they have to approve you, then approve you again, or some crazy 🤬 like that before you can get in. I signed up just few weeks ago, as I was getting in the swing of things with the TLVs....... I think it was day or two later I finally got some kind of confirmation(still couldn't get in), telling me to wait for administrator to activate my account or some thing & I gave up. All I wanted to look up was Tomicarama. 👎

Back on topic. @Daniel008, too. Yes, Tecology I saw were around ten bucks, mainline noodle/ramen truck around $5, before shipping.

If you purchase one "loose", ask the seller to package it carefully. Green one in the pic, I had to superglue the wing back together.

Anyway, there's a trip to Walmart in my plans for today, and now's a perfect time to go with the NASCAR race red flagged due to track surface issues. 💡

It's true. If I had to choose between the mainline & the Super TH, I'd keep the mainline. Considering how little I'm interested in the mainline hot wheels these days, it must mean something.

No wait I gave it to the donation center. Doubt they can even resell that. Well, at least it didn't go straight to the trash.


If you count the shipping, I just dropped $85 on a Land Rover. $28 shipping though. Stupid global program. Seller can't send a new invoice if they use that awful thing apparently.
