Make sure you've come FIRST in ALL races. If it's a championship and you've come 2nd or 3rd in one race, make sure you go back and win it.

if your looking for a check-list, then I used the prize car list, it has everything that counts for percentage, along with the liscences, and you can also use it to plan out how you can use prize cars to win races, so you can save $$$ and not buy a ton of cars just for one race.

- Beginner hall
- Professional hall
- Expert hall
- European hall
- American hall
- Japanese hall
- Driving Missions
- Special Conditions
- Endurance hall
- Completely pass licenses up until IA (Super required for A-Spec)
- Manufacturer Races
Note:
-You must win each race AND championship in first place for 100%
-Gold is NOT required for license tests, passing a test is good enough, transferring A and B from GT3 or GT4 Prologue is also considered a legit pass

You are missing 10 items: these will either be single races or championship cups (ie the cup you get for winning a championship event) or missions.

Just make sure you have a win ratio 100%. If you have it and you see that yo have done all the races, you should have 100%...
Having 100% win ratio is not necessary for 100% completion.
It's only necessary if you're trying to complete the game in the shortest possible time, to join 1st June Society, for example.
I have 100% complete and 98% win ratio. It is possible to race a championship series, lose a few events, which'll drop your win ratio below 100%, but still win the championship overall. Even if you go back and win the races you missed first time round, your win ratio will never reach 100% again.
